Rashan, Silver Shore Marquis, Makes a Mysterious Wish In a time of prosperity, four kingdoms came together and formed an empire. The great Kaveh Miran, an accomplished general from Silver Nation, led the great political alliance that made Sun Kingdom, The Iron Lands, Blood Nation and Silver Kingdom into one. This great alliance became The Akasha Empire. By joint decision, the kings of each nation named Kaveh Miran the Emperor of Akasha, making him and his family responsible f

Prologue A sword rested on his shoulder, the sharp blade pressed against his neck. His clothes soaked from the rush of rain that had slowed down to a drizzle. Strange, but the worst moments in his life always seemed to coordinate with the rain. How did the heavens know to match with his tears? His knees hurt from kneeling on the stones in the courtyard at Kamran Estate. He shifted to ease the ache and the sword at his neck nicked his skin. He hissed at the painful sting.

It was a short written for an anthology elsewhere. Seeing your comment made me go back and reread it too. I'm so glad you found this short story, it was one of my firsts.

Thank you so much for reading The Morgan Lore. I haven't jumped back into that world again, but if I do, I'll definitely post it here.

As Phillipe said earlier, Andre is Jae’s life brother, and So Jin is his blood sister, So Jin. This relationships to Jae in his culture are, I want to say sacred, in a way. Andre will be fighting for Jae not to look at him as a best friend, but as So Jin's man so to speak, and in some ways Jae's brother in-law, maybe....hahaha. They are afraid to tell him because he tends to overreact to things, so...on we go to the next chapter. Andre and Jae are not related thankfully.
-
I know it could be like that, but to be honest So Jin and Andre can like each other, I suppose it's now for Andre to sort of forge a different type of relationship with Jae. As for the hidden part of it, it happens, people get all secretive when they think a relationship is important. Suddenly, you're in a full fledged commitment and have to break it to everyone else. Results can and are comical. I had one, my friends teased me for months for keeping it secret....hahaha.

Thank you so much for reading.

Same wavelength I guess... it wasn't intentional. Thank you so much for reading!

Hi Bard!!! @Bard Simpson Thank you so much for reading the Morgan Lore and taking the time to write me your thoughts in the chapters. I have enjoyed reading each and every one of them, even already knowing the end of the story, it's been really fun to see the story from your perspective. I wanted to write you a comment of my own too . I hope The Morgan Lore was a different experience. it was a different kind of wolf story, and I hope you enjoyed it. Cheers, Sui.

Andre kissed So Jin, pressing her against the kitchen counter, loving the little chuckle that escaped her, as he deepened their kiss. He loved when she wrapped her arms around his waist and pulled him closer. She melted against him and it was perfect. “Andre,” So Jin said, ending their kiss with a sigh. “Your phone is buzzing.” Andre dropped one last kiss on her forehead and reached for the gadget resting on the counter near the chopping board. He answered it without checking who was cal

A great big hug for you Wes Family can be really tough to handle. I'm also happy you have people you see as family, people you can lean on, in the end those who stand with you are whose important.

Their destination was no spectacular location, like the Black Orchid in Belize. It was far from that, Hyun thought. He sat on the edge of his seat, elbows resting on the front seats, taking in the property they were approaching. Himura drove up a long dirt road, with open grassy land on each side. Hyun could see a wall built with stone at the end of the long drive. It had an old wooden gate marking the entrance into the property. Himura, who drove too fast, slowed the jeep and came to a stop

Oh gosh! On it! -
12 Raphael sat on the edge of the bed, his gaze on the key he now held, and the box with the note on deep sea diving in Jeju. Both items left him with an uneasy feeling. Like Hyun, they made him wonder why Nicolae would go out of his way to seal a key at the Black Orchid. In his line of work, the hardest thing to protect was a weakness. His was Talin and Dimitri, so he had locked down Colston and made sure Talin had people watching over him. His father’s weakness was his mother. Estelle

Aww...Danilo, I see you, and the love you've been showering on my stories. Taewon-ah and Lina should be doing okay now. So many little extras to make. Thank you so much for loving this story and all the others you've read.

This story is so beautiful. A great exploration of budding love between two souls drawn to each other. It starts with tragedy and a desperate change, but ends with hope. Gianni deals with tough questions, beliefs and finds a place he wants to keep for good. Question is will the place want him? It's a must read.
-
There were tears at the end. I love how you drew them out. Gianni's search for a place to belong, Gianni's desperation when it seemed that he might have lost all he had come to love. He made me cry and I hope that Angelo will always be strong and courageous. The ending is true. What a powerful story.

“Fortuna hits the post, and it’s Rossi with the ball... valiant attack there by Fortuna, good but not quite good enough... Rossi shoots... he SCORES! Oh yeah!” This was such a fun visual. My family is crazy about football and debates over which player is better can go for hours in the garden while they play. So, I loved this.

What a sad change for Gianni. It's not easy to lose parents so abruptly, and having to leave the life he's known makes it even harder.
-
What an interesting exploration. I love that you took these two people and brought them together, through moments. Some people do just click and voila they can't be without each other. It was a full connection.

Cutest first kiss ever.

18 The next morning, Paul, David and Anselm sat in the informal dining room at Castle Arguro having breakfast. Dax came in and out; making sure the side table had enough food for breakfast. The television tuned to the morning news, while David and Anselm worked on their laptops. Petr had yet to make an appearance. Paul assumed he was tired. Riku had left early in the morning, only telling Paul that he would call later. He had looked pensive. Paul had not pushed for more informati

17 Logan returned to the hospital after he finished with the police. Shirley drove him. She wanted to see John after their visit with Leon’s grandmother. Shirley parked and they went upstairs to meet the Queen and Leon. Logan was surprised to find that Leon had already left the private waiting room. Queen Amethea sat on one of the chairs with Olivier answering calls, as he paced behind her. There were three assistants from the palace camped at a table by the windows. Eac

16 Logan’s team drove Leon back to Castle Arguro without John who was still out for the gunshot he sustained. It felt surreal to drive through the castle gates in the night. Officers from Royal Navy opened the front door, with no sign of the regular staff. Leon was glad to be back but the place felt empty. Dax was back at the Capital Palace to assist Olivier. The rest of the staff was on leave until further notice. It left the castle eerily quiet. The upper floors were dark with
