While I was writing this chapter, I kept thinking of how much harder it must be for Milan to fit in. I mean it could either make him stronger, or break him. He came out stronger, so I'm glad that turned out well. Poor Rory, as I edit the next chapter, I'm like he is straddling two worlds with Milan, and it's pushing him to limits I think he has never experienced before. Change is so hard... I had an encounter of late about this....and to tell you the truth, no matter how much you study, or listen to a native speak your language of choice, if you are bilingual, the accent will always exist and you always get asked about it. @Sweetlion It was interesting setting up this story early on. There was a push and pull on what should happen to Midori and Fier, but I"m glad that's been resolved now, (writing this after posting the last chapter, hehehe.)
