Video games! Sometimes; just games in general, really. Usually better to simply chat and laugh with someone--even if it's talk of nothing, it just blows the foul feelings far the heck away. Music actually makes it worse--hell, it birthed it, at times. I need cheerier music... Can't listen to yours as I'm on my phone and YouTube isn't being very nice.

Almost /everyone/ comes across as gay. Pretty sure it's broken, then... I mean, it's either that or SoCal's full of faux-gay teenagers. And that clearly cannot be an option. No siree. Seriously though, a lot of straight teenagers come across as gay, but they're not, so it's like, WTF? But then there's some older gentlemen who just scream it in a different way.... Pretty sure the male baristas at the local Starbucks are all gay. Each and everyone of them. No way /that/ many straight guys can be so ever-smiling, hawt, and spiffy. It's impossible.

Indeed. I've contacts who've faced similar, and I can only encourage (strongly!) that you law their asses so hard, they'll hurt till the next pay-period. Like, seriously, I just loath such malpractice on the part of anyone--especially employers. My own boss (I'm employed unlegitly, unfortunately; yay, stuff beyond my control!) just rapes my paycheck, even though he said he'd deliver my dues. My mother, too; she's currently involved in a court case against some company because said bastards didn't quite pay up. Seriously, man, just bring American civil justice upon their heads. Do everyone who can't quite fight back the favor of just smoothering these guys.

Whoa, so much to decide the name of a puppy? I called mine Pup, just cause I'm lame. The white strip made me think of "Blazer", but, lololololololol. Shadow's pretty cool, I think, and it matches. The Welsh word for "shadow" is "cysgod" (Irish: scáth; "dark" is "tywyll" in Welsh, lame in Irish), pretty sure you could somehow bastardize that. Albion--name of a giant, apparently--sounds pretty badass too.

Ah, that video. I love that video. I don't even know what it's from (TV show?), but feel it's quite powerful. The man sends a message, and he sends it passionately (even if it is staged). I agree, more or less. America (I love this too) has become, less than the greatest; similarly, I agree that we can be. Thanks mate... I find it infinitely amusing we were both typing reviews of the other's work at the same time. Yessum, I can bite on this without giving out too much.... The speak is meant to exist in a world that isn't quite, tangible; it's not /real/, as "our" world "is". (It's why the speaker can control it, he "owns" it [Or does it own him? ].) Consequently, because of his unnatural existence, he can "cross" and "touch" the other worlds--ours, in this case. Sort of, like a world running perpendicular through/alongside the standard parallel ones? Thing is, this is based on some other idea I've toyed around with in my head. Lots of dabbling with the supernatural (thing good versus evil, order versus chaos) and just what existence is/means. I hope this answers your question.

Mostly the largest one, concerning the speaker's freedom. It manifested--he did get out of his "prison", at the end, didn't he? Of course, it should be noted that there's a comment as to the state of his world /after he (or rather, his consciousness) left/... "It had reverted to its natural dead state". Perhaps forever's end is alluded to? Anyway, Glad you enjoyed it. There's much room to expand and explore further into the concepts you've pointed out, but I think it's universal(!!) enough as it is.
