    Prologue

I thought you started here? Did you disappear during the reformatting in the teens? Or maybe another site. I’m sorry you are out of print. Always buy you if I know you have anything come out. I’m not here as much as I used to be but so glad you are sharing your incredible stories here. Pax. Ste
  2. Mark, not only do you have us all talking about your characters as though they are real but here, in the down below, many commentators have also become characters of your saga. You and the tribe in and out of the saga are such fun. Thanks so much for creating them and us.

    Dumped

Whatever, JJ is JJ. I read the chapter in the waiting room at a medical center and was laughing so much that people were looking at me. All the characters are such a part of my life that it is like being at a family gathering. Well maybe a little worse. lol. Ste

    An Actor Is Born

I doubt that most of us would say in person the thoughts expressed here but it is amazing that Dr. A has created this world in which we have become so enmeshed. I suspect we are all in for another angst and fun filled adventure. Thanks Mark and all fellow travelers. Ste
  5. Another wild ride. You have sucked me in since that young hot Academic Predator came along. For some reason with this book I have waited some time then read four or so chapters at a time. I have also not commented very often but agree with several other commenters that this is one of the more enjoyable books in the series. Thanks Mark for all your work as well as your amazing twists and leaps. Also all the fun comments which also make this fun. Pax. Ste

    Chapter 83

A lot hinges on Travis’s advisors. Given the rest of his life supports and decision making I’m worried about his plan. He is not one I would call mature for his age. I hope our clan can help sort things out. Curtis Buck May be in for more than he expected.

    Chapter 23 S1

I haven’t read one of your stories for long time but have spent the last few days reading through this adventure. What a ride so far. Can’t wait to find out what the training is like and where the others may fit into it. Thanks for your work. Pax, Ste

    Chapter 50

I apparently read the first 9 chapters then was off GA for awhile and just spent three days(and nights) reading to here. Thanks so much for this romp. I am going to miss it. Unlike my high school years. Lol. Great chapter. Thanks for all your work on this. Pax. Ste
  10. Gandalf

    Chapter 1

Somewhat close to my own life adventure but so sweetly done. Wow! Pax. Ste
  11. Best thoughts on moving through the health issues . Hope to see those ideas hit fertile ground. Pax. Ste

    Will

What a powerful addition to our view of Brad’s overarching love of Will. Not sure Will would have lived out of early adolescence without that love. It will be… no. It is kinda scary to contemplate why you need us to have this new knowledge now. I expect we may be twisting in the wind for awhile. I’ve been catching back up after time away. So good to be back enjoying your literary rollercoaster. Pax, Ste
  13. I’m not sure why I stepped away for awhile but am glad I came back to find these people as well formed and enticing as your people from other stories. Thank you for another powerful and well drawn adventure. Pax Ste
  14. Gandalf

    Chapter 62

I hope you have nice Hollidays and a good semester Break. Thanks for this gift chapter and for your years of driving us crazy with anticipation and subsequent reading pleasure. I so would like to have your stories in book form. Pax, Ste
  15. Late to the show but I am expecting some changes. Usually geographic cures are not very productive but I suspect that Nikki will have some luck. Perhaps with more understanding from his brother than he expects? Pax Ste
  16. Gandalf

    Chapter 1

So amazed to have a new Kyle story. Interestingly I had feared we were heading this way before the mid terms but my take is that by and large the middle from both sides seemed to gain traction. It is left to find out where the extremes go from here. Hopefully not on the path of this frightening powerful story. Thanks so much for the work. Pax. Ste

    Chapter 7

I’ve been thinking on going back to or rereading Stephen Kings stories for awhile.. yet here I am continuing to binge read your works. I suspect that says good things about your writing…not sure what it says about me. Pax and thank for your work. Ste

    Chapter 13

You are a master at putting a number of balls in the air. And even more adept at catching them all in one last chapter. Yet another addictive read. Thanks for all your work. Pax. Ste
  19. Gandalf

    Chapter 18

Yet again I started one of your stories with other priorities in my life. As with your other adventures I have done little but read about Bobby and Tiffany and friends. Here in Maine we had an amazing family support their daughter and change Maine law. I think about the time of this story. Thanks again for disrupting my day. Pax. Ste.

    Chapter 18

The pace of this story like most of them is relentless. I started chapter one last night and knew I had to stop after that or I’d be up all night. So when I woke up I read until ten when I had to go down and feed the teenage grandson. But except feeding times for the boy I’ve been reading constantly. Painful, powerful, addictive, and yet another amazing story. Ron always brings me to the penultimate chapter wondering how the disparate ends will come together. But here again they are woven in a most beautiful way. I am late to the party but working diligently(obsessively) through. New readers beware. Pax. Ste

    Chapter 15

I’m addicted to your stories. They are often painful and have hard to get through places because they hit us where it hurts to look. Thanks for another strong hot and sweet tale. Pax.
  22. Gandalf

    Chapter 20

Somehow I only found your stories a few months ago and found them addictive and interfering in my life ..in a good way. I can only agree with other comments about how topical and painful a look you have given us of our/my need for, Finding Good Trouble. Thanks for your work. Pax.
  23. Gandalf

    Chapter 2

I’m a white male in one of the whitest states in the US. Thanks for your story. I’m looking forward to more of your addictive writing and the added personal weight will I expect add even more to this painful but essential look at our country. I recommend the 1619 project for a harder longitudinal look the not so United States. Pax. Ste.
  24. I just re read the chapter and wanted to Double dip. My Grandfather was a chaplain in that war. He had always had breathing problems which apparently were exacerbated by being close enough to the front to be gassed. He became the Episcopal Bishop of Vermont and during the depression put the diocese into debt running programs similar to the CCC and other support programs. He died in 1934 of pneumonia.
  25. Not only a safe place to stay but the blessing of a kind soul to work for. I am so glad I found your stories and have had the the pleasures of your globe trotting adventures. Thanks. Pax Ste
