Damn. Iain can be rude to me anytime if it means an apology like that. Makes me sound horrible, but I love jewelry. It can be so pretty. Anyway, Michael will be a breath of fresh air for Nothernlands. He will have the place running like a well oiled machine. The keyword is efficient. I really like that they secretly like each other. This story has been really good so far and has a lot of potential. Can't wait for the next chapter.

So, Michael and Iain are obviously (?) attracted to each other. Michael obviously takes the job. They seem like they will make an awesome Team. If Iain (and therefore the Nothernlands) were not already the 2nd richest, I think these two together would have made it so.

Hmm...it will be interesting to see the relevance of this on the story. Must admit, was slightly confused as to who killed who. Iain's men killed the Prince (with his blessing) and the Princess (by mistake)? Also, who was telling this story?

Rob, I think one of the great indications of a life lived well is the impact you have made on the lives of others. I think Ritchie (and others like him) is lucky to have had his Grandparents around long enough that he knows them. I barely remember one Grandfather, who we called Ampa. My initial reaction to Brett and Caesar's investigation request would have been anger. Two nano-seconds later I would have agreed. Money does strange things to some people. Can turn them into people you don't recognise anymore. It was awesome to see Ritchie and Wingnut together. I like Wingnut as a name for a dog. It is cool and loopy sounding at the same time. Dogs can do some loopy (read cute) things. Just imagine walking into a restaurant and having the chef say to forget the menu. Whatever you want, we will cook if we can. Can you imagine that. If someone offered to make that happen once in my life I would drive myself crazy trying to think about where I wanted to go. It would not be a high end place, I know that much. It would be a vegan Italian place for sure. I would love to have the funds/assets to be able to support a private charitable trust. The issue for me would who to support. There would have to be regulars and one-offs. For me it would have to be a mix of supporting animals and humans. I would love that. Just really quickly because this is getting way too long. Also, I am not American and do not live in America so feel free to take my comments with a grain of salt: Thank you for your Service - would be awesome to thank Them by ensuring they are fully supported once they are back home (in regards to Vets), that the decisions made by Politicians (especially) and the general Public do not negatively impact Front Line Workers (in regards to COVID), etc. American politics - how to say what I want to, but as briefly as possible? I know that statement is full of potential holes because you are dealing with being's emotions, etc. But in my reality, that's how it felt. The fact that Yakob felt it was 'peculiar' that things were falling into to place for Vinny, was interesting. It almost feels like someone is ensuring Vinny is given all the tools he will need for his confrontation with Stefan. I can see that, but I wonder why? Has some being/s somewhere decided that Stefan's Quest or past actions are not acceptable, etc? I also wonder about Stefan not using his Shadow Magic fully against Elaine? Was he playing with her or...what? nb: I will be surprised if Elaine wins her spar. Not sure about Mace and Lei. I almost feel that spar needs to be even.

Okay, okay, okay... It was awesome to witness James's Parents moment. Their brief episode of normality. So cool. James is so happy to be back at school. I was so scared for him, but it turned out better than expected. He and Caspar are destined to meet eh. It will be awesome to watch their relationship develop and their journey begin. Hmmm...

That was slightly intense. That's not my normal reaction, so that's some sort of cool? I found Tasha annoying. I know, I know, I know. But "Best Buddette" annoying, is still annoying. Lots to love here. So sad.

Well...I stayed away from this story for a while because I knew it would be sad. I decided to read it because I knew/hoped that it would end with the main character in a good (if not great) place. At least I hoped so. It is just that sometimes the journey between the then and future can be heart wrenching at times. I'm a bit of a sook so... So, I feel really sorry for James and his Family. They obviously all love each other but James and his Parents are at the stage of not knowing what to do, basically. Trying so hard not to make a truly bad situation even worse but wanting so much to protect each other from any further hurt, etc. I am assuming the people in the background are interested in James because of his "deviance" or the "powers" they know he will get. Do they know this because everyone in this world has them or is it just a few? Do his Parents know about this? How do the people in the background know? These are just a few of the questions posed by this chapter. More than happy to read on and find out... Thanks

We will definitely need that eventually please. !@#$%^& #@^*(! I can't believe his own Pack did that?!?! Poor CyrusB. What did he mean he was different? Why would they do something like that? To make it worse, on his Turning Day??? The most important day for a young Lycan! What about his Parents? He didn't have anyone take his side? I hope he eventually paid them back. )((-+<>(! Poor CyrusB. He is still so hurt and still feels the betrayal. That would be the worst part, the feeling of betrayal. Cyrus himself has done so well to get to where he is now. Kara is right, he is frikkin adorable. Its amazing how you just get so used to things e.g. walking in runners is really comfortable, beds can be like sleeping on clouds compared to some places I've slept in my life. Although, I do prefer a firm mattress. This story reminds me a little of Robert A. Heinlein's novel Stranger in a Strange Land. Just how Cyn and Valentine's view of life is real/true but different to most of Earth's human inhabitants.

I need a Cyn in my life, someone who loves running as much as he does. I need their love of running to rub off on me. The thing about being as innocent as Cyn is that simple things bring so much pleasure. I miss my innocence sometimes. I really like Arric.

Cyn was so cute about the lights on the elevator buttons. I am so sorry, but if I was in the elevator (lift) and he pressed all of the buttons, I would have not been happy. Luckily though, it was on its way down and their was only the one floor so it would have been the poor people going up that would have been inconvenienced. I knew it would be, but it must be so overwhelming considering how innocent Cyn is to the world at large. I don't know what he would have done if Shea wasn't with him. Now he gets to deal with Shifter Central. I see a lot of trembling and heavy breathing in his immediate future.

I have only been in Hospital a handful of times. The Staff were always really nice, etc. However, Discharge was always hands down the best part. Now this next part is going to interesting to witness. Cyn will be really tested now...

This chapter shows just how far Cyn has yet to go. They are going to have to be super patient and supportive with him. Hauser and Co. were stupid to go to the Hospital looking for Cyn. I can't believe I 'said' that, like this instance of stupidity was their only one. Then again, was it just chance that Shea, Kara and Jaime came across Stupid, Stupider and Stupidest's attack on Cyn's Herd? Maybe it was and Stupid, Stupider and Stupidest thought they would get away with it. No news on Colman. I hope he survived. As he is also not in Hospital, if he is alive then he escaped...the God's willing.

Cyn's fascination with the pix on Shea's mobile and the fact his mind was blown reminds me of the first time I saw porn on a mobile. It was in the Men's Toilet of the Blacktown RSA in Sydney. No, it is not one of those stories. We were there because Ardijah (a New Zealand group) was having a concert. There was a large crowd so the Men's was always full...remember. Not one of those stories. I do remember that that was one thing that stood out for me, was how packed the toilet was. A lot of the Guys were there as somewhere to have a sneaky ciggie-butt. Anyway, this guy was playing a straight porno on his mobile for anyone and everyone to have a look. All the Guys were going on about the female in the video, how hot it was, etc. I was watching, but my mind was blown by the fact that you could actually watch a porno on a mobile phone. LOL. That was obviously a long time ago... So, for Cyn and Co. it is like baby steps. Considering his upbringing and the reason he is in Hospital in the first place, Cyn is doing really really well. Shea is a major part of that.

Yaaasss! I love new love. Especially between two beings I really like. It is likely to be one hella ride but considering the two beings concerned, well worth it. They both seem like lovely Weres. Wonder if Cyn will eventually become a Pack Member, will eventually join the Pack's Tracking Team or if there is another Team that his speed would benefit, etc. Oooo...he could be the Liaison between other Cern and the EC. They need to ensure that word gets out to other Cern, etc about the law. Of course, they also need to ensure that predatory Were's follow said law as well. Maybe they can use Eike as an example. Especially considering his Position, etc.

Okay, so this is the last time I will say this...poor Cyn! Now, don't you go writing something truly tragic just to force me to say that again lol! If we were related, that would be the very next thing you'd do. My Family is just like that I hope that Cyn realising Shea is the one that saved him moves their relationship along a tad quicker. That he isn't so timid and shy around him as much. Cyn is such an innocent. He has a long road to travel. There will be some shocks along the way for sure...

So, Cyn thinks Shea is very sculpted hey? Go Cyn! Damn but Kara is quick. She picked up on Shea's attraction to Cyn almost straight away. I would love to have been walking through the same Ward Shea is in. Then to come across him just at the end of that call. The look on his face would have been classic. Woah! I can do short and sweet?

Wow. This is clipping along 'ain't it? What a great ride... I never thought I'd see or hear Lycan's being described as a Shifter couple who are, '...the best comedy tag team in the late night open mic-night scene in the whole Sheboygan area.' Boy but they make Arric sound horrendously scary. Sorry, but that just makes him hotter. Shea being in the Alpha's Mansion. Meh. Just a small step up from his apartment and crummy black futon. Eike is the Delta? This is not going to be attractive in any shape or form. Not good at all...

Loving This!!! Poor, poor Cyn! Ya just want to cuddle him to death and beat everyone up for him. I know its not just him, but he's the only Cern I know What kind of existence is that? Plus I can't believe they actually had to make a law about not killing Cern, etc. Like, how is that not just natural, or common sense, etc? Sheamus doesn't understand why he felt the need to save/protect Cyn hey? Hmmm... Eike & Co. are goin' down. That is so not cool. I don't understand why they thought they'd get away with it. It is the law, Arric's distinct personality did not just happen overnight, etc e.g. he was always gonna kick your patootie for something like this. Seriously. He doesn't seem like the kind of Alpha that plays around a lot, if at all. Well done with the description of Cyn's reaction to Arric, etc. That was so clear and so well done. There are lots of little side-stories that all fit together into the whole. They all fit and work together well without being intrusive, of each other or the main story.

I love Were Bears, I really do...but a Were Lion is just magical to me. So if anyone is to do any whisking, then it is Caleb's more built, taller and bigger Twin Brother.

Poor Delta Wagner. I hope he bears witness to Vin's Spars/Challenges so he can see how close he came to TOTAL DESTRUCTION!
