    Magic

What, no reviews yet? I love reading what everyone else has to say. Loved the chapter. Full of mystery (and magic!). Very weird but exceedingly erotically tantalising. Erin is so much Mr Nice Guy that it is hard to imagine him in this bind of abandonments and foster homes where he is unloved and unwanted, except as an object to provide some income. I am totally unfamiliar with this esoteric world of fairies and magic so it's a bit way out for me. However, I am intrigued and you write well so am definitely sticking with the story to see where you going with it. Thanks for writing and sharing.

    Chapter 1

Quite an amazing story and so whimsically romantic too. Delightful. Thanks for an enjoyable and entertaining read. It certainly held ones attention and the ending was quite a surprise.

    Chapter 1

A good story though devastating and ugly and so so sad that his life ended this way. Looking forward to reading the final in the trilogy and the happy ending you referred to. Thanks for writing.

    Chapter 1

Very intriguing and romantic. Seems you big into this ghost thing. This is the second of your stories I have read and both had ghosts. Not really my thing, though I must say you wrote it well and captivated me. A lovely read. Thank you.

    Calvin Wilson

Thanks for a really good read, well written, dramatic, intense and suspenseful as well as very touching. Lovely creation of atmosphere and scenery too. Beautiful.
  6. Going green! I think there's a typo in the 3rd last line - shouldn't it be "hear" or were you trying to make us think of the earth being "here"? Enjoy your poetry. Thanks for sharing.
  7. I don't know that song either, but the poem captures such incredible sweetness of a love that is impossible, remote, yet hopeful of fulfillment, somehow, maybe, one day. It brought a tear to my eye.
  8. A lovely picture of childhood fantasy. Don't remember too much about childhood cartoons, but still enjoy some today (in spite of what your last lines say). I love "Peanuts"! Snoopy is one of my favourite all time characters!

    Mama

That is so beautiful and poignant.
  10. I love it too! Really captures a desire to learn a language, and especially a romantic language of love. I love your title line. It really sums it up!
  11. Interesting contrast between the sound of quietness and stillness and the sound in the dark of night that brings fear. Have you ever been way out in the sticks, far from habitation and people? That is the most profound silence you will ever hear.

    Shortness

That's so funny! You are a poetic clown!
  13. I hate those things too! I love the way you ended on a note of encouragement.
  14. A mixture of yearning and a sense of fun. I hope one day you find your heart though maybe not in Monterey!

    Missed Busses

You so effectively described Erin's shut down. It was incredibly realistic and so believable. I suppose we have all experienced a little of this kind of thing otherwise it wouldn't resonate as true, and yet .... I love the way you build character and atmosphere and tension. Your writing is superb! Can't wait for the next chapter - tomorrow. Except my tomorrow will be long before yours so I might have to wait a bit longer than merely my tomorrow. Drat! You are sadistic, but also it's great to draw it out, like savouring a delicious treat and making it last as long as possible! Keep up the good work!

    Firsts- Lasts?

Wow! The mystery deepens. Loved the contrast of the kisses. Great job. You are really getting into a great stride here in this story by releasing little bits of information and adding more but keeping up the tension of the mystery. Really excellent! It's what makes it "unputtabledown". I love stories like that.
  17. Thanks for the info about Premium membership. I would really like to do that and will see what I can do about it.

    Skittles

This is really very good Fax. Please keep it going. I can't wait to read the next chapter! Who is this and what's with the eye colour changes, the injuries and his curious attitude. It smacks a little of a sci-fi story. I don't know skittles either! Why did he call them pebbles when the earlier description was definitely more a skittle shape which I presume is what gives them their name? And why can't he talk now? It is all too curious.

    Curiosity

Wow, Fax! That is an incredibly powerful prologue and most intriguing. Very well written and evokes a deep curiosity in the reader provoking one to want to read on to find out more. I love your writing.
  20. Always worth all that wait. You do such a good job. It certainly did not disappoint in any way at all. Great chapter that kept me on edge the whole way through. The repercussions of this one punch have certainly proved to be tsunami. And curiously the very thing that Corbin wants is now within his grasp though at this point it seems he can't take a hold of it with any joy. Mike's situation is bad enough and likely to end their relationship which would be very sad, but perhaps in the end the best thing for them both. Unfortunately, now Corbin's wrath with Dom is likely to get him into as much trouble as Mike is. It was very revealing just how much of Corbin Pete had grasped, though as Corbin points out to him, there is another side of him too that Pete was attracted to that balances the negative. And, yes, Corbin even admits to himself, he is all these things. I couldn't help thinking that even his admission of guilt to Pete was somehow manipulative too. He's a tricky character, but oh so likeable too. Such a wicked rogue but oh such a charmer. Too bad he's now in Pete's orbit again. Well, the next chapter is going to be very interesting. Don't keep us waiting too long.
