The holidays can be tough for many people. It sounds like you have a good support system, and your approach of working through it... keeping busy and pushing yourself when you don't want to do anything is one that takes a tremendous amount of strength. You are an incredibly strong person, even though it may not feel like it now. This entry is full of hope and realization. And that's a good thing. One step at a time... one day/hour/minute/second at a time.
Well the house is all ready for the install tomorrow I have pierogi and kielbasa in the crockpot for our annual holiday potluck lunch at work tomorrow. Laundry is going and I have one cat on each arm (making it hard to type). I finally have a little time to myself... before I have to switch laundry loads
Thanks so much, Gary. The gargoyles have been in my head for a while now, so I was happy to finally let them out. I like writing frustrating characters I'm hoping to start writing the longer work in the spring.
I got up very early and went grocery shopping, then stopped at DD for brekkie ☕ Now the groceries are all put away, brekkie is in my tummy and the fridge is cleaned. It will be a busy day today since I need to clean the house and then get it ready for the window install tomorrow. Thank goodness the weather is supposed to be good.
I'm sure they'll start again after the anthology stories finish posting. There usually aren't any prompts after the anthos are posted in order to give them more exposure.
The spider dance is quite similar to the milli/centipede dance. Thankfully, I don't see many in the house because the cats catch them and eat them before I find them.
Well you'll be happy to know I am planning on writing a novel set in this universe I have one other project I need to complete, then I plan on giving the gargoyles my full attention. I'm glad you liked the story
I'm not sure I've written any stories where you like all my characters (except for Seamus and Ailen, of course ) I'm not going to say much more about Hagan and Gilbert... only that I am planning on writing more. Thanks for reading and commenting
