I can see what you mean Jay, but I think that the reason why Ryan and Toby are not really dwelling on the subject is because they do not want to upset Conner anymore then he is already. Also, I think that they are being the 'stereotypical' guys. They are holding in their emotions. I think that they also trust their mother very very much, and since she trusts the social worker, that they feel they do not have to much to worry about. I am sure that they really really do not want Conner to leave, but I am also sure that they know that it is probably the best that he does have a place of his own, so Conner and Ryan can have alone time. Yes, they are dating, but it is still the early stages of the relationship, and they still need alone time. Relationships really have to mature before the couple are ready to be together ALL of the time. Even after the couple thinks that their relationship is strong enough, they can be wrong, and that leads to break ups and divorces. Well, at least in my opinion. I really liked this chapter. I liked the sweat lodge thing, it seemed really calming, relaxing and benefical for Conner. I am kind of worried what will happen to Conner, but not to worried because something really really bad can not happen. Great job David!!! Kurt

Well, I have been thinking about this... I guess that my two fvorite songs would be Bad Day by Daniel Powter, and Unwritten by Natasha Beddingfield. So, I guess that those two people would be my favorite performers. Kurt

I think that Conner needs some time to himself when he is not in the hospital and on all of those drugs to really think about what happened to him. He needs time to figure out what how the whole thing affected him, and what he is really going to to about it. Remember that Conner has been abused for many years, he is used to people dominating over him. This rape is a more severe domination, but I think that he is able to understand it a little better, and grow from it faster because he has been abused and dominating for so long all ready. Also, right now Conner is surrounded by people that he loves and that love him back. He also has lots of pain killers and other medication in his system, he is not himself right now. Once he gets out of the hospital and he is not so drugged up, I am sure that he will have some alone time to really think about the whole thing. David, I really like your story right. I do not understand how people can get mad at you for your writing, and how they can judge a whole story on one chapter. They need to give the authors a chance to explain the things in more chapters. I also do not understand how they can go on authors fourms, and complain about the stories, they are lucky that the authors are even posting the stories for us. Kurt

Well, this year I am going to participate in my first Day of Silence at school. I am all signed up, I have my shirt ordered, and I am all ready. I am kind of really looking forward to it. After school on Wednesday (the Day if Silence) there is going to be a party called The Night of Noise. I am also really looking forward to that.
