    TSJ Chapter 7

I thought i set it so the sail in Canada during the Northern Summer? I did, i did…
  2. “By the way, I have some awesome news for you, but I think I might wait until after this voyage before telling you the details,” Jordan whispered to me, as we sat down for our first evening debrief meeting, now that the participants had settled down in their bunks for the night. “Don’t you dare do that, or I will strangle you, while you are sleeping,” I responded, “There will be no threatening of fellow crew members while on this voyage, thank you very much, Mr Hynes,” the skipper said loudly.
  3. 6. We spent a good ten minutes chatting, while our parents chatted with Jordan’s parents, and Alistair helped Beatrice and Jackson to load up their luggage onto the plane and to have a good look inside. After seeing the plane take off and head north to the Sanderson cattle station, we all climbed into the vehicle for the long drive back to our home in Dongara, and on the way, Dad called his work to let them know that he was now available again. I was still a little disappointed that my present

  9. “The coordinates are; 28 degrees, 45 minutes, and 7 seconds south, 113 degrees 48 minutes and 20 seconds east, if you are quick, he will not be harmed or in danger. Goodbye,” the hijacker said before the phone went dead. As Dad listened to the recording, I did a quick search of the coordinates. “Holy cow, they have dumped Jordan on a small island on the Abrolhos Islands,” I said in shock. “The recording confirms it, I can hear seagulls and waves in the background, which island is it? I am g

  12. “Zac has spoken to his father, and he has an idea, that he is going to discuss with Jordan’s family up on the station,” Beatrice informed my Mum. “Well, you are both welcome to stay here in the meantime. Zac, show them to the guest bedrooms, and I will go in search of toiletry supplies for both of you and if need be, we will go to the shops to get some clothes,” Mum announced. Two hours later, we arrived back home, with Beatrice and Jackson having new clothes and supplies to last them until

At lunchtime the following day, I was summoned to the Headmaster’s office, where my English Lit teacher was waiting along with the headmaster. “Come in and sit please Zac,” the headmaster said to me. “The headmaster has informed me of his acceptance of your request for a relocation of your presentation, for next Monday I must say, I am very much looking forward to it, have you set a preferred time for the presentation?” my English Lit Teacher asked me. “Yes sir. If I may have the late

  15. As much as I missed sailing on the yacht, and the holidays being over, I was also happy to be back at school, and as I sat down for evening homework prep, I thought about the assignment given to us for English Lit, and an idea came to mind which made me smile. Without being caught, I pulled out my mobile and sent a text message to Jordan. “Hey bud, hope is all going well on the Stingray, while my nose is deep in homework… Just wondering what your eta is for arriving in Geraldton. I have an
