After a restful overnight stop in Shoal Bay, I continued the journey down the coast, starting at 5 am in the morning as I knew that I had a long day ahead of me. It would take two days to get all of the 168 support pillars driven into the ocean floor, with each one to be at the exact right height, before the off-loading of each section of the city begins.
