I read the original story back when first posted and am re-reading this version. It’s been a while, so I can’t remember how different they are. What I will say is that I LOVE this story and anxiously look for new chapters. Thank you for your frequent posts. Just a few thoughts. As a previous poster wrote, the reparte between Noah and Jordan is so natural and entertaining, I feel like I can actually hear them talk. It certainly makes their relationship so interesting. I had tears in my eyes twice during this chapter. First, when Noah told Jordan’s mom about being rejected. The simple line about a tear rolling down his face got me. I so love Jordan’s mom’s first encouraging Noah about their relationship, and then for giving him comfort when he needed it. The second time was when Noah confessed to Jordan and Jordan kissed him. Thanks for this story!!! I also hope you’ll keep writing. You’re good!!

Laura, thanks again for this wonderful story. I look forward to reading many more. One thing I meant to say previously but forgot to...as a woman, you write male on male sex very well. VERY well. I think you also do a great job of describing the other dynamics between men very well. I know I couldn’t write about, and from, a woman’s perspective. How do you take your experience as a woman and step outside when writing? And why do you enjoy writing from a male’s perspective? All I can say is I’m glad you do,

I think the time apart is probably good for Carter - just so he fully understands what Aron really means to him. But every time he makes progress, he still comes up with a wack idea like, “15 years!” And then there’s the cliffhanger. 🤨 We will all be anxiously awaiting next Sunday morning. Thank you for this awesome story, Laura!!!

Interesting twist st the end, but maybe that’s what Carter needs to finally express his true feelings. And I think we may be getting closer to discovering the details of the accident? Excellent as always, Laura!

Thank you for this beautiful story. It was so fun (and frustrating) to see Galen/Josh 1.0, terrifying to see Galen go through the horrific events as well as the aftermath, and it’s been so gratifying to see Galen heal, thanks in no small part to Josh’s love and patience. I hope there’s more in the future. In the meantime, thank you! PS. It was very dusty here when I read the ending.

Oh my, this was such a satisfying chapter. The chemistry between Aron and Carter is 🔥🔥🔥. And their relationship is obviously filled with a lot of love...love that Carter’s brain is just starting to admit, at least internally. I was disappointed, and so was Aron, when he used the ‘fuck buddies’ phrase again. But Carter totally made up for it when he asked Aron to move in with him. Aron is obviously used to the finer things, but I believe that shoebox apartment with the queen bed is exactly where he wants to be. Loved it, Laura!!!

Another awesome chapter. Aron continually shows his love for Carter. Carter is making progress but still needs to learn to not be passive but say what he truly feels and go for what he really wants...oh yeah, and to give Aron the D! Love these guys together.

Knowing Carter like we do, we should expect his emotional holding back. Even though it wasn’t enough for us readers, I hope Aron realizes the huge step Carter took with him: he initiated the kiss, bottomed for Aron even though he’s a supposed homophobe, full on make out session, showered together, and promised he wanted to do it more. I hope Aron can tell there’s a lot more there.

Another great chapter, Laura. It’s great to see Aron and Carter as friends again and starting to open up. They’re establishing the foundation for...more...after Alex is out of the way. 😀 Since Aron was being so open with him, I wonder if he’ll ever explain (or even if he realizes yet) why he was so upset at Aron and Alex’s wedding. I hope he gets the chance and the courage to share his true feelings and let Aron see the real, new and improved Carter. And that Aron gets to try out that ass! But all in the right time. And I love Carter’s inner monologue.

Such a fan of this story and really loved this chapter. Jordan seems like a stand up guy, just the guy who can help Noah with his confidence and trust issues. It’ll be interesting to see how he reacts to his first same sex experience. One thing I don’t understand - and I’ll admit to long being out of high school/college - I’ve never considered someone a boyfriend until a period of time and conversation to confirm we’re on the same page. I’ve never considered one date as grounds for bf/gf status.

I’ve been checking the site since Friday, waiting for a new chapter. So worth the wait! Carter is learning more about himself and what truly matters to him. I hope this means he’s ready to be honest with himself and others, to fight for what’s important, and to not be so complacent. All indications point to yes. So glad we get to see Mark again. He’s a treasure. One small error...After the line, “Are you using protection.” it says Aron glared, instead of Alex glared. Can’t wait until the next chapter!

I love this story!!! (Collateral, too). I started this after quite a few chapters had been posted. But am caught up and “patiently” (am I really??!!) waiting the next chapter. I am so hoping Aron and Carter eventually end up together, with Carter in his own body.
