    There have been heat warnings for the past several days, though probably more like the last week. I just checked, today there isn’t one. Though we did have a big rain/t-storm Friday night, so that has helped bring the temps down to more manageable levels. Probably didn’t have heat warning since then now that I think of it. You always are, but stay cool, molly.

    Good evening, rick. Sorry to hear you’ve still got to endure the sinus infection. As for me I just came in from almost two hours of weeding the garden - it was cooler tonight, so I thought I should take advantage of the nicer weather while I can. Something was trying to takeover one of the last remaining rose bushes. I don’t know what it was, but I yanked it all out. Do you think the rose bush appreciates my efforts and will thank me with a pretty bloom? 🤔

    Sanvello can also be found in Apple’s App store, and @Mikiesboy I found another called Headspace: Meditation and Sleep with the tags: stress relief, breathe, relax. It has a five star rating. I have trouble getting to sleep sometimes, so I’m going to have a look at this one.

    Is this sad or pathetic? I’m sitting here reading because the weather’s so iffy, but all I really want to do is weed the garden. Weed the garden? OMG, who am I, and what did I do with me? Imma go battle with myself some more...

    The sky is rumbling, so I’m thinking we’re going to get a T-storm after all. It’s been forecasted before, but not much happened. This time I hope it does because we really need the rain.

    I went for a walk around 9 this morning. It was sunny, but with a cool breeze for the most part. It helps that I’m closer to the lake than I used to be. Though in cold weather, it’s a bit of the opposite, so I’d walk in the opposite direction. Speaking of hot, it is supposed to get more so as the day progresses, so I’m off to do a bit of weeding - just spot weeding now - while there’s still shade. See you laterz. *waves*
