    i have that too i read that you can mix it in your water bottle and sip in throughout the day so i'm going to try that but the sleep stuff has been magnificent! sleeping all night and no nightmares

    hello Sirs & friends wanted to update y'all on our journey with Phil's vision today was "eye doctor Wednesday" & we got great news! no more shots! the pressure is down behind the eyes but the swelling in the left eye is at a point where it's no longer responding to the injection. BUT it is at a point where there is a laser treatment that will get rid of the last of it. so a laser treatment in December and we'll be done. thanks for all your support during this.

    thanks Phil and i work hard at raising kids who aren't jerks. Number Two Son has worked hard since July on this marching season, so it was an easy decision to make.

    while today has the potential to be a long one, there have been some good moments already: one friend is having a better day my tank isn't dying, it needed a simple, $6 part and lastly i scored big time MOM points by letting Number Two have a mental health day hope y'all are doing well today

    this is a really, really good one! and this: Fun one today: derring-do noun | dair-ing-DOO is used in one of the best written scenes in one of my favorite Disney Pixar movies, The Incredibles. In this scene, Samuel L Jackson is Frozone, and he needs to find his "super suit"

    hello Sirs and friends had an interesting day at work took Daughter to vote for the first time, i think she was a little overwhelmed at all the attention she received, but she did it and no, neither Phil nor i asked what/who she voted for how's everyone tonight?
