    my favorite one i got from my mom today would have been her 79th birthday. my playlist today includes Chopin, Fleetwood Mac, John Denver, Bruce Springsteen (we went to his concert in Denver in 1985) & Classic Willie Nelson (she went to see him at Red Rocks & i covered her shift at a pre-school we both worked at) i'll see y'all later

    i love all the new ideas floating around! here's my prep for this week. the big container is sliced jicama in water, there's a container of cucumbers and a bag of lime wedges for my water, and 5 breakfasts ready to go; 4 oats with chia seeds, honey, vanilla and strawberries and one yogurt with the same now i'm off to change the bed linens, fold clothes and watch the NASCAR race have a good rest of your day

    @Ryan Jonesthey've done that in Texas as well. while i am fully vaccinated, we will still be masking up. frankly, we don't trust that all those maskless people are playing by the rules, as it were. also not trusting 100% in being totally immune. glad you are able to enjoy the casinos again.

    thanks k .... it didn't suck so much as i was "off" all day & it seemed as if it would never end Phil had me lay down for a nap after work & He & Number Two Son made dinner i'll likely go to bed early

    evening all woke up on the wrong side of the bed today, with a low grade headache. never quite found my groove. i want to thank y'all for giving me some smiles tonight this has been wonderful to read

    Phil makes wonderful tortillas. they are actually round, whereas mine look like California or Florida. He's also good with making bean and cheese burritos and fried bologna so, He doesn't cook so much, lol!

    @Mikiesboy do the chia seeds need to be refrigerated? they aren't sold that way, but the container was sealed.
