    happy Saturday plans are underway for the twins' birthday tomorrow there's a pot of my mom's "secret family recipe red sauce" on the stove headed out to Second Saturday Marketplace, then home for a quick house clean i hope that you and yours have a a few days to rest and recharge take care

    i know, right? i put one half into my water bottle, the other two squeezed halves went into the freezer. i'll put them into the disposal to sharpen the blades and freshen the drain

    you don't get much of the lime, it's not like a lime popsicle, or sucking on a lime wedge from your iced tea it added a hint of something, made it taste really fresh. 3 tablespoons of lime took almost 3 limes by the way

    you're welcome spyke! FYI, we used a roasted salsa verde and our regular Mexican blend shredded cheeses tell me if you do it, i'd love to hear about it
