I agree with Lisa, after reading it, you probably need to change the rating to Mature. I enjoyed how Rhys handled Jamie, but of course I'm worried about what will happen to Jamie and Rhys with the warden not getting what he wanted from them... Interested in seeing where you go with this story.

Yes, exactly. They definitely need to talk. It just shows how much letting things fester can makes things worse in a relationship. While it only goes on for less than a week, it still can have horrible effects.

Yep, that's the point of the story, both of them let things fester longer than they should, when talking about what's going on would solve their problems... something they need to learn. I wanted to show that their relationship is still developing and growing... especially now that Kayden is growing in confidence, which Damien obviously isn't quite ready for. So, yeah, you probably won't like Damien much for the next few chapters.

Yes, this story is steeped in a series of small white lies and misunderstandings that blow up on them, which just shows how such things can affect a relationship. I just felt I wanted to show that even though they are together, like any relationship, it's not always sunshine and roses--a little drama along with dealing with the miners Hope you enjoy what's coming--well, you probably won't be happy with Damien for a few chapters, but anyway...
