How about some science to start the new year? New paper on Alzheimer’s and diet has been published. Red wine is protective (boring) but the real winner is cheese. Daily cheese intake strongly predicted better scores. Consuming lamb weekly may also improve long term cognitive outcomes Cheese and crackers followed by bbq lamb chops, just what the doctor ordered

Mine has normal shower or pulsing massage settings - nice idea I guess but I only use it on normal

And no one freaked out about the recycled sewage, they pump it back into the ground water supplies

Water wise garden advice and free replacement shower heads all play a part

Not good. We are permanently on water restrictions, use desalination and recycle our sewage water. It has helped a lot
