The ones worn by the young gentleman at the beach were a dark chocolate brown made from thick material. The pattern was very dark brown. I did think they might be normal shorts (ugly but not boardies) but the Velcro zipper gave the game away. He looked a lot better in just the speedos

That reminds me to put the lightening tree on my autumn walk list… assuming autumn ever arrives it used to be a very tall tree but it got hit by lightening and split in two. Both halves fell over but the tree/s kept growing
