Yay! Thoughtful Brad is back and he’s a considerate dad. Not just power moves and business. A welcome surprise! We’re being setup for a blaze of glory, an epic showdown at Escorial for Thanksgiving. I love the family dynamics and how Adam and Marc are working as a team. With this latest addition the Alexander-Knight conglomerate has grown to capacity without changing things up. Here’s to hoping they’ll not fumble at this juncture - these inflection points are when things can go pear-shaped in business. Thank you for a wonderful chapter and safe travels @P. E. Knapp

The family dynamics has almost gotten wholesome…it’s a nice change of venue, but expect some other form of drama soon. Whatever evil did Muskogee do? First the old Merle Haggard song Okie from Muskogee, now used as a metaphor for scumbag people. IKYK it’s not bright lights big city, but it’s not Gary, IN either. I hope Chris is still good so that Jeremy stays in a good place for a little longer, that said - what’s up with the other plot threads? Suspense is rising, well done! The pace of posting is impressive, whets my appetite. Thank you!

Oh wow, that was a very businesslike war! Makes you wonder who goaded Basalt into stirring the pot? Family first for our protagonists, but the new toys seem nifty. I wonder when Marc is due for heroics? Cant wait to read what happens next!

And action! Things are in motion, I wonder who is the schemer behind the corporation going after the boys? Surely, they can’t be stupid enough to think they will pull this off on their own? This is a riveting tale! I can’t wait fir the next chapter to drop. Thank you!

Haha, the sweet life of being a busy baby parent! That’s the wholesome part, who built Haven and made the slave cast will decidedly be less so. The suspense is building. Thanks @P. E. Knapp for another wonderful chapter!

And the Jeremy rehabilitation was mostly successful. Travis looks like he might make it in the entertainment industry. As for the classical whodunnit, I’d wager it’s someone looking to put pressure on Travis, a plot involving the bigger family, or their interests seems far-fetched. Still, exiting times ahead. Here’s to new beginnings!

Amazing that the boys got inspired to dabble in high-end winter resort magic! It feels like as they have several sectors to roam and play in they will have tons of fun coming up. Why do I feel that we’re being taken on a ride that might soon turn serious?

The plot thickens, it’s coming together just like a roux simmering in the gumbo that this story is becoming. I can’t wait to see what team Jake uncovers about Chucky, who’s probably not long for this world. The real work is then exacting revenge on the shadowy figure behind our assailant, whoever that snake in the grass is… Thank you @Mark Arbour for squeezing in 3 chapters in a week, most impressive!

Interesting and fun chapter! What a treat, thank you @Mark Arbour! I liked the cliffhanger, then left us with another, hinting at a a threeway romp. Just, wow. I liked the rattlesnake comeuppance, it’s been too civilized in the CAP world for a while.

Marc is in no nonsense mode! Old trouble finds him just when everything is going well. Adam dies the corp governance like nobody’s business and there’s a heavy wake. Wonder when the dust settles?

Wow, the boys sure move fast. Family planning, business, then a derelict ship to top it all off! Next they’ll put the guacamole and sour cream on that 7-layer dip and we’ll get ourselves a bad boy of a serving!

I’d be down for reading JP’s take on old feudalism vs the scepter of techno feudalism, as manifested by chemically enhanced tech titans, drunk on their own cool-aid about the myth of the Founder, total deregulation and other tropes their ilk like to spout. -
Thanks for a joyous read! If I was living in their universe I’d nerd out on spaceships, computers and tech. The military and commercial matters are fascinating though! Just goes to show that this is a well conceived universe with solid world building 😀 Kudos!

Aww, Marc’s plans are always in motion. I hope he gives Adam some space too! I truly wish the guys some happiness and rest. Thanks for another well conceived chapter - they keep showing up at an impressive rate. And, I’ll keep devouring them. This story is highly entertaining and addictive, are you sure it’s legal?
