  1. Ah I was bored it was late and I opened the dryer to find ink everywhere, so I had fun with it. Wonder how my family will react Any of you guys pull any pranks lately, or ever for that matter???
  2. I started reading and completely lost track of time, I was so into the story that instead of reviewing the first book, I went directly on to reading the next (so this review is for book 1 and 2). I was entranced by your description of the world and the smaller things in life which we don't notice, or take for granted. I especially enjoyed seeing Justin really open up to those around him and not worry about how people he didn't know reacted. This story had me on an emotional high, always happy seeing the progress made between Justin and Taryn's heated relationship (jealous). I'd find myself laughing out at certain times throughout. At the end of book 2 I had tears in my eyes, not that it was a sad ending, tears of joy maybe... stirring up my emotions and all...>_> Anyways I'm like really inspired right now so I'm happy and mad since its 4:42 AM and I won't be able to do anything productive with that inspiration except sleep on it.

  4. I have the same problem, somewhat if its just posting a comment I have plenty of time to go over my post before actually posting it, I've pretty much given up on going in the chat room though ... Anyways the forum is very welcoming I'm sure others we'll be quick to welcome you as well Glad you could join~
  5. It certainly was a fun challenge arranging and rearranging words and syllables to fit the structure of a Tanka. I was able to find a flow that really helped in constructing this poem. It was funny to me realizing that we joined on the same date and both happened upon writing a Tanka I loved yours as well!
  6. Ah, got it. Skiing or snowboarding for that matter does sound fun. Are you already trying it out or still working on it? Definitely something I'd like to try out, if I didn't live in a hot place without hills or mountains. Looking forward to see what becomes of this, good luck on the crash course, try not to fall too much
  7. Aw I missed out... Hi MrM, Welcome aboard. An awesome site indeed, looking forward to see what you and your stories are made of, if and when you get a chance to start writing.
  8. Truly ecstatic with the feedback I'm getting, I definitely prefer a more structured form. Your prompt was the encouragement and guidance I needed to start writing and create a piece that I'm really proud of.
  9. I kept logging on just waiting for your review lol. As I recall there is a certain Poetry Anthology coming up, the topic fits well. Maybe I'll work on some poems with more direct connections based on those past experiences~ Thanks for your review I was looking forward to it.
  10. Hello Drave welcome to the site. There's plenty of stories to enjoy, a lot of talent, and an awesome community to back it up! Why'd you join if I may ask?
  11. Wow, thank you I honestly don't think of myself that way I'll try my best to continue to meet your expectations and make improvements along the way Truly grateful for your review~
  12. Thanks, my first poem in 7-8 years (Since middle school). I just thought I would give it a go and the results were definitely pleasing. Definitely a personal piece. Haven't really thought of writing poetry or the alternative I guess it helps to have a prompt or structure to go by. Thanks for the review it means alot
  13. I said it in my first post but I guess you didn't read it Your link seems to be broken on my end... I found the url on the site and reposted the link in my original post. Edit: Oh I see the problem you have a space at the end of your url.
  14. Trembling in fear Wandering an endless maze Wishing to be free But yet denying myself How will I overcome it? Where do I belong? My time spent in solitude Always lost in thought Will I find that hidden path Before my time has run out? Its the things I want They may seem close but are not Their beyond my reach I still hide behind these walls Unable to rise above A dull existence While within this gray expanse Time drags on slowly My days and nights start to blur Can this really be living?
  15. A list of poems (Will edit this later if I can)
  16. Haven't actually read any of the comics.

  23. Well, I guess since I just made an account, now is a good time as any to introduce myself. I'm pretty much lost at this point in life, easily forget things, and am unsure about the future, at the moment I'm just going through the motions. However, at times I feel like I could do anything "moments of inspiration" so to speak. This inspiration comes from many things and places but mostly from stories, music, and shows. Which I feel is something I might want to do in the future. Anyways, I'm so fearful of how people will react, say or think, that I have distanced myself from such activities whether in public or at home. An example being my love for playing soccer, but cutting all ties with it after entering high school, using the excuse of keeping up with my "schooling". I haven't really been reading recently but I came across a story on this site and from that point on have ventured out to reading other stories by different authors. I made an account so that I might be able to write some reviews for the stories I am reading and to learn more about you guys. (I was interested in checking out the chat but had to post in this forum first, glad its set up that way though) Thanks For Reading~
