We were awakening with a loud pounding on the kitchen door. I quickly threw on a robe and headed to the kitchen. I looked at the clock as I passed and couldn’t believe that it was 10:30. Andy likes to be there,. not because of the ATV, but because he's gay. Cody and Alan are an example of a gay couple which Andy see's himself.

I could hardly sleep that night. It has been two weeks since I saw Cody. I finally gave up, it was 6 am. I got up, showered and shaved, got dressed and headed for the diner. When I arrived, Cody wasn’t there, it was too early. I sat at the table, ordered coffee and waited for Cody. I think I checked my watch every 5 minutes. Yes, I'm sure about the birthday surprises. He has taken a friendly liking to Jeff and Andy. Pears I know and apple trees as well. Not sure about peach trees but they should survive the cold. There were a few apple trees close to my cabin, also wild blueberries. Your method of preserving fruit remind me of my grandfather. He made his own wine and fermented the grape skins. In the fall of the year, he'd buy black cherries, fill a mason jar with the cherries, then fill the jar with his alcohol. He would leave the sealed jars until the following year. Those cherries were something else.

Maybe an ATV. But Jeff has his truck. Andy is to young for a truck or car. I don't think an ATV would be good on the highway. So we will have to wait to see what Alan and Cody come up with.

The Clarion River has never frozen completely over, but there were areas, that did have ice. Particularly where the water pooled. Yes, I would make sure there was no reason to go outside. Why give up all of that cuddling.
