This may sound rather weird but I KNEW you were going to cause Mira's demise?? I do not believe he IS dead although it sure looks that way? There is something about Shay that makes me think he is in his infancy of power? To me, it is that Shay is becoming MORE................ time WILL Ltell.
Well, I was a little taken back, another person? seemed too fortuitous? I just hope that this doesn't endup taking a life? None can be spared.

What a great friend is Mira. I know it is supposed to be that Mira has an attraction to Shay but so far, it has not been sexual as such.I do like the fact that you are spending a lot of time weaving the friendship and of course, the story.Mira has really become the focal point? I believe so anyway. I thank you for writing this story and it really is a fine tale. Ashley D
Nothing like being a tenneager @200+ years of age? I do like the fact that Mira is having an awaekening of his Human self. This will get better I hope?
SO far it's a kiss right? no SEX. I like this and it appears that Mira is experimenting anyway? I so like this story and I can't wait to see where you are taking it.
Loved this Chapter. I was taken by it and was with Mira as he bit that bastards throat out. I still want to know what Mira IS exactly and is there hope for his/shay's future? Time will tell I guess?
WOW, this really has me interested. I am guessing that Shay won't be seeing his parents anytime soon? Now he has made another friend? maybe? Shay is getting stronger? So far he hasn't behaved like a 14 yr old who has lost everything and not sure where he is?
It would appear that some malevolent force is out to get the boys? I am wondering why there would be these people now trying to end the lives of our heroes?
The story is good and it keeps my interest. I am glad that you are pursuing the intent and that there will be more interesting events as it goes along.
Thanks
This one is very good and, like the last reviewer, I am glad you have seen fit to befriend Paul in a rather adult way, it's ok though.
I look forward even more now to the rest of the story, thank you
I have enjoyed this first book and look forward to more. It is a shame that he is not someone who remains in the mind of others but, I expect the "veil" causes this?
You write very much like Isaac Asimov in places and I really like that, he was a very prolific writer and your descriptions of inside the ship led me to say that.
I can only hope that this will continue in a similar vein?
Thank you
The reverence of the boys regarding the loss of their comrades was inspiring. I did like that touch and it moved me to think that such young boys could hold that personally.
I am surprised that Paul would sit and think about what he was doing? I didn't at that age but, this is different and I guess having psionic abilities changes things.can't wait to see how things progress if Hamish meets Paul.
