If you get a chance to watch Sing Street, do. I heard we were going to watch this and really had misgivings, but i am so glad we did. Michael digs up some excellent things for us to watch. Yeah we have tea around 8pm. It's been a thing with Michael and now Dan since i first met Michael. It's nice to have these mini traditions. Sorry you had to travel through the snow today. I don't own jammies but i'm snuggled in blankets.

I understand.. in December 2023, we had 28 days of fog and cloud, and there were 26 gray days in January 2024.. it was a struggle for me.

i didn't go out today. Still not feeling great so Dan did the grocery run on his own. i went back to bed for 1.5 hours. With luck this will be the last big snow until winter. xo

I understand the grey ... it's hard to deal with for long periods. Good news and favourite people are all wonderful and can help to banish that.

Have a great Friday. We are expecting snow beginning at about 10:30 a.m. and lasting until 4:30 a.m. tomorrow. I'm not sure how serious the snowfall will be; some say it will be light, and some say there's a warning. I guess we'll see as Mother Nature has not asked for our opinion or ideas. Whatever your weather, have a good Friday.

The pair of Bears groaned when eating the date squares. They enjoyed them, i liked them but they are not what i was expecting. I'll look at some other recipes.

Date squares were easier than i thought they'd be. i've never made them before.. i'll wait for the verdict from the Men. fingers crossed!

The chief cook got the night off.. They ordered pizza .. pepperoni, mushrooms and green peppers on one half.. pepperoni on the other.
