    I find my job hard because i keep getting told by outside sources that multitasking is not effective but i am supposed to chat and email customers at the same time. I'm really NOT good at doing that.

    just ate some cereal .. heard from my poor paranoid and anxiety ridden nephew... He and his BF are working on getting back together... they were very serious and then Peter f'kd up meeting the family ... I am sooooo happy right now for them. breaks over ... nope its not Friday but Thursday is close

    We were hunting in the chest freezer and found the last of the cabbage rolls we made last year. That's dinner. We are gonna make more this year. It was great having them in the freezer through the winter.

    It's a Holiday in several Provinces, not all. It is the Civic Holiday in Ontario. People in Albert, British Columbia, New Brunswick and Nunavat also have this day off.

    Yes, Sir it has. And the couple of times i had to apologize in public for things, is well-learned lesson. i still sometimes begin to write something and then look at it carefully and then often change it in some way.

    Mmm, storytelling is not dying. But you're right, there are too many voices many without the talent to write. Nearly everyone feels they can write. That they are the next Hemmingway, Steinbeck or King ... sadly it's not true. Those people would be better off writing a journal or possibly a blog, or writing for themselves. There are still writers out there who put in the hours, effort, research and editing required. We do it for nothing, only asking for a like or a comment on our work. We should be grateful not everyone feels they can paint, or sculpt ... can you imagine?

    Yes, this is good. However, I don't how it works elsewhere, my place does not promote people. If there is a job available, it's posted and you can apply for it, that may make things a bit fairer, in a world where the 'squeaky wheel gets the grease'. Maybe not it's not perfect but it helps some. My boss i'm fairly sure is not an extrovert. Interesting article, molly, thanks for sharing it.
