That is very odd, Sir. Construction of any sort was one of the first things stopped here in Toronto. i wonder why it is considered essential there? i can understand emergency repairs... very weird.

We don't have water heaters in the apartment so, not our problem .. yay. He has been to the doctor before about it. I will mention this to Michael in case He doesn't see this. Thanks for the suggestion.
