i'm glad your husband was with you ... my own is rather Don-like. He is fierce in his love for me, i am grateful for him daily.
thanks for you comments, this is both the hardest and best chapter i've written i think ... i am quite proud of it.
Thanks very much. I'm really pleased you enjoyed it ... they meant and still do mean a lot to me. I appreciate you reading. Writing with Wayne is a pleasure. We see things similarly and to us both, it is the story that's important. It all has to be right. We are working on a second story together ... a rather large project ... we write updates now and again here:
Thanks again for reading... your time and comments are much appreciated.
Yes, they do feel.
We miss our friend's dog ... and if we do happen to be out when they are, we can't pet him. It's sad. Yes, i know the reasons why, but it doesn't make it any less sad.
Don is a complicated man. You are right ... i think in addition he had to accept this new normal. It can't be easy ... it isn't easy accepting you have changed. You feel like others will be burdened by your issues. But of course when you have a partner who truly loves you, they simply accept it and do what needs to be done. Accepting the changes is very hard.
Thanks for you insightful comments and for reading. xo
Thank you. Your comments are very humbling ... i like my work to feel as real as possible. I appreciate your comments and you saying that it's working. Thank you again.
Do your bit ... smile, wave, tip your delivery guy a little more, donate to Food Share or your local food bank if you can (people are starving even here). Be nice to others, there is no reason to rip the phone/chat rep a new one because you're grumpy. We are not better than each other.
