That's the nice thing about working from home... i can work ot for the time i usually spend travelling. I've worked more OT in the past month than i have in the past two years. So I still have lots of me time... and i sleep more than i used to because i dont need to get up at 5 something to be ready to get out by 6:45am .. Now i sleep to 6:50ish... it's great.

Okay.. That day is over. Wasn't too bad a day. People have calmed down a little. They are still offering overtime, maybe I'll do some on Friday. Hope everyone is doing okay.

Lots of people here are blaming people who are Chinese and lots of places have closed. It's stupid and bloody sad that so many are still so backward.

only way is together... we did over 50,000 email in the last month.. not sure about chats... we had help from various people and departments however.. no way 15 of us did all that.

So true. Talked to one today.. was asking why he has fees from Sept 2019 ... cuz you didn't do what you're supposed to do. He wanted me to rev them all.. i said no. They all expect the Bank to reverse all fees. I said to my boss.. oh is the Grocery store and drug stores giving everything away for nothing?? What is the difference? Banks are a business ... we are providing relief.. but it's not free. I have to pay for stuff .. i have to pay my rent .. i get zero relief from anything. However, the Bank has been good to us, i cannot say otherwise there.

Shit is hard right now. Take some time to pick up a hobby you may have put down because the rest of your life became too busy, or learn something new. It is okay not to be busy, also. Don't read /watch the news constantly. As i already have some serious mental health issues, i am in touch with my shrink daily, so, be honest with yourself and others about how you feel, if you need to, reach out to get help.

OMG .. omg. i'd have been hollering for Michael at that point .. god. ugh. He rescued me from 3 of these things we get here .. they are gross. The first was a year back when one was strolling across the living room carpet. Another was on my pillow when He came to wake me from a nap ... 'Um, don't move, tim." Nothing makes me move faster than that!! And then just the other day one was sitting in between the panes of glass in the bedroom window. They are charcoal coloured, sort of diamond shaped body about an inch or so long.. nasty long legs. Michael has killed them all and says they stink ... like mowed grass sort of ... omg. Bugs, spiders should not be inside ... I hope you are okay Reader .. that would have freaked me right out.

And about dying after 6 months ... that is other people not you necessarily ... you are always involved.. you could volunteer more often.

Would they be interested in allowing you to retire and then keeping you on part time? That might be a good option for you both.

I guess I'd want to know, what happens after the 6 months? Also, what would you do with the time off? Could you be happy during that time ... what would you do? What happens if you say no thank you, I'd rather keep working?
