So today the Bank said for people who work face to face with customers, or if they travel in to work in the Contact Centre, they will give them $50 a day more, back dated to March 8 and for the duration. I won't get that, but i am glad people who do have to go in, will.

If it was on Wednesday.. I would expect the pending transaction to come off tonight. Authorization are usually in place for 3 business days.. if the merchant bank doesn't post the item the authorization should drop off. Lots of merchants do not cancel authorizations because they have to call the acquiring bank.

i'm sure the people answering email appreciate that. .. hmmm if its still pending after three business day from the purchase date.. something hasn't updated.. all they can do is report it.. they will get around to running whatever needs running soon.

oh there has to be i bet there is a minimum of 5000 plus in the queue.. and our Contact Centres have been taking 100,000 calls a day. Double the norm.

Wow we are way behind in email.. i've been on March 18 for the past two days.. and the last email i answered after an hour of OT came in at 4:20pm March 18.. i cant imagine how much there is in there.

worked ... talked some nice folks, talked to some idiots who have no idea how to communicate whatsoever .. so when i asked questions they got pissy. Day one is done... 4 more to go.

I haven't read the chapter yet, but yes this is so true ... had people say that to me about Don from Changes. Someone with a disability who is having a real life, is good to see. I'm glad your characters are real... that means a lot to me as a reader. xo

Those are nice things. We should try to smile at each other and wave, as we cannot be close. It's so odd that the only way to save each other is to remain apart, collectively. i am going to boot up my work laptop now. it hard dealing with others pain, which is what i am going to go and do now.
