    That, if you had no inner dialogue would be a heck of a lot of Telling .. the biggest no-no in writing. And often beyond dull. Hugh swathes of information with no input from characters verbally or internally ... mmm be fun to try it. Stop that.. you know what happens when you give me ideas!

    To me writing a new story is like a train ... the wheels slip at the beginning, until the whole thing gets moving. Then with any luck, there will not be many fallen trees on the tracks. We are learning who the characters are, what they want and need and how they will react to the story we will drop them in. It is a lovely story about life, courage, love and choices. I think Wayne is right, it feels really good.
