Working on it ... also trying to finish a story for the May anthology ...

To me writing a new story is like a train ... the wheels slip at the beginning, until the whole thing gets moving. Then with any luck, there will not be many fallen trees on the tracks. We are learning who the characters are, what they want and need and how they will react to the story we will drop them in. It is a lovely story about life, courage, love and choices. I think Wayne is right, it feels really good.

That's a good name for them ... seems Grant and Troy both have secrets to hide now. Maybe they are even in the secret/hiding stuff department. Wayne seems to like to write about these. LOL

dont be ashamed ... sometimes being quiet is good and you recognized when it no longer was ... that's good. just because you're quiet for a little while doesn't mean we aren't your friends ... have you stopped being mine when i am that way? we are people, not circus animals performing tricks ... i am not coping well now myself ... i'm doing what i need to... part of that is being quiet ... doing things that are right for me. so dont be ashamed ... we are here when you're ready.

That is so stupid ... i need one cup.. so now i have to buy two and i have too much. I am still paying more!! Idiots. I used raisins, cranberries and almonds cuz i had them. Yours will be lovely I'm sure and Wayne use dried mango and pineapple i believe. I think you can use what you like in there.

You're right about Frank. He's doing all the right things and making all the right noises when it comes to Ike, yet he still seems to want to hold on. It's hard to let go when you're hanging on, even when there is a huge net below. We, at first, did not plan to write a soap, the writer's lives, and Gail and Terrence, but sometimes things happen when you're writing. Sometimes, if you're smart you pay attention to that small voice saying... try this. Thanks so much for your support and comments. They are each appreciated!! -

i prefer to start at the beginning and write straight through .. however, my partner is different but that's cool. He has bursts of inspiration and writes various scenes as we go along which are woven in later. That's how trainwreck was done and that worked well.
