it is horrible. the guy i lived with when i was on the street was basically my dom/pimp.. and he messed me up and its part of the reason it took me so very long to trust Michael. you think you are garbage...that was his nickname for me. you will never be good enough, if you were stronger i wouldnt have to beat you... if you were good i wouldnt have to call this.. it goes on and on...

Michael had to go out and drive to the doctor's for His test results.. Freezing rain and pellets since 8am, He said, "It's shitty out there." Supposed to carry on until 11pm or so.

I said to that person, chapters are as long as they need to be to end naturally. In your case, at the moment, you write what you can. I'll be here to read it and i'm sure others feel the same way. I am enjoying the story!!

Mmm, no matter how you pack the box, chain it up and triple padlock it, they come back, those voices. i have had some success with my shrink. i hear them but lately i can think about them rationally a lot of the time. it's important to tell someone. usually i tell Michael and He knows what to do and say. i've had a lot less depressive episodes in the last few months. due to the therapy and the addition of magnesium supplements. It's made a huge difference to my ability to sleep without drugs. Sorry.. but i just thought i'd share as i used to hear voices from the past, and thought about death nearly constantly for as long as i can remember.

Okay i know i am weird cuz i fall in love with things.. swiss chard, my instant pot and now these: We bought them a few months ago.. and i love them. We needed new ones cuz our others died and these are the coolest.. i love the shape, the see-thru and the not tooo huge size of them. And they work wonderfully. I was just using them to season my toasted melted-cheese sandwich with tomato slices when i thought about the day i first tasted freshly ground pepper. It was such a revelation to me. I was out with Michael somewhere and the waiter asked and i just said no automatically. Michael said i should try it ... wow. What a wonderful yet simple thing. I pity all that pre-ground pepper that sits losing it's wonderful flavour in shaker bottles.

hopefully not but i'm gonna put some hot water in a thermos.. just in case we lose power... at least we can have one hot drink...
