The image is two guys hiking over some rocks with water on either side. It says: Spend your time like it is your most valuable asset, because it always will be. -
Mmm, no matter how you pack the box, chain it up and triple padlock it, they come back, those voices. i have had some success with my shrink. i hear them but lately i can think about them rationally a lot of the time. it's important to tell someone. usually i tell Michael and He knows what to do and say. i've had a lot less depressive episodes in the last few months. due to the therapy and the addition of magnesium supplements. It's made a huge difference to my ability to sleep without drugs. Sorry.. but i just thought i'd share as i used to hear voices from the past, and thought about death nearly constantly for as long as i can remember.

Okay i know i am weird cuz i fall in love with things.. swiss chard, my instant pot and now these: We bought them a few months ago.. and i love them. We needed new ones cuz our others died and these are the coolest.. i love the shape, the see-thru and the not tooo huge size of them. And they work wonderfully. I was just using them to season my toasted melted-cheese sandwich with tomato slices when i thought about the day i first tasted freshly ground pepper. It was such a revelation to me. I was out with Michael somewhere and the waiter asked and i just said no automatically. Michael said i should try it ... wow. What a wonderful yet simple thing. I pity all that pre-ground pepper that sits losing it's wonderful flavour in shaker bottles. -

ratiocination noun | rat-ee-oh-suh-NAY-shun Definition 1 : the process of exact thinking : reasoning 2 : a reasoned train of thought Edgar Allan Poe is said to have called the 1841 story "The Murders in the Rue Morgue" his first "tale of ratiocination." Many today agree with his assessment and consider that Poe classic to be literature's first detective story. Poe didn't actually use ratiocination in "Rue Morgue," but the term does appear three times in its 1842 sequel, "The Mystery of Marie Roget." In "Marie Roget," the author proved his reasoning ability (ratiocination traces to ratio, Latin for "reason" or "computation"). The second tale was based on an actual murder, and as the case unfolded after the publication of Poe's work, it became clear that his fictional detective had done an amazing job of reasoning through the crime. -

And crap is falling from the sky ... wow ... watching from indoors. Michael said, "When I was a cop, I went out in this shit because it was my job. Frankly, my duty to the people I served and yeah, I believed that. I still do. But boy, my job is to look after you, and you are NOT going out in this shit." So i am watching it fall from the sky ... -

It needs doing ... it takes hours to get across Toronto now .. when this is done it will be much faster.. and it will go from one end to the other.. straight across the middle of the city. .So yeah it's a mess and a pain. but hopefully worth it all in the end. -
