i like wine ... but shouldn't drink it or alcohol at all. Not great for depression or the pills you take to fight it. Now and then i have some. I think Christmas 2023 was the last time. I don't miss it and yeah, i'd rather have tea or iced tea.

Happy Tuesday... But mostly, Happy International Tea Day! We drink both hot and iced tea (no sugar in either). It is the go-to answer for many in the world. Don't forget: Keep calm and put the kettle on! It's the first thing many do if things are going right or wrong: Have a cup of tea. I'm having one right now. Enjoy!

It moved twice as far this morning ... we left earlier because it's gonna be in the 80's for the next few days. I'm tired but still have to wash the kitchen floor. @kbois i found the steamer in it's box ... gonna try using that on this very old tile floor. It has no finish. I think we may need to get that redone. It's a pain to try and get clean.

This is good—my own experience. I'd been having a lot of (daily) headaches. Because of when and where they were, my bit of research said it was likely my neck. So, I found some stretches to do—very simple ones. I took care and did them slowly and carefully, and I've not had a headache since. My shoulders and neck are less tense; I can move more easily and feel better. So, yeah, daily stretching seems to be a helpful thing.

Oh, this is nice. All of you chatting away ... All three of us went out for a route march today. Danny has decided he, therefore, I, needs more exercise. Michael was behind us, saying encouraging things like; Move your flabby butts! i have also been told this will be a daily occurrence so that Danny can lose some weight and get himself into better shape so the doctor will be happier with him. And just to confirm...i do not have a flabby butt! just sayin'

Well, it's Sunday. We are off for a walk, because it's suddenly hot and humid. As you can see below, it's World Baking Day, it's too hot here for any of that and it's too early in the season to put on the AC. There be fans though! Have a good one.

Well, here we are again...Friday. Last day before the weekend. It's a long one here...which means more noise, which is not my fav thing. However, i will try not to stress about it too much. Have a good one whether your weekend is long or normal.
