Well where to begin… so Alan thinks he’s just gonna come and take Jake home right away no explanation or any thing well Ethan stopped that by letting them know Colin was spying and Jake now knows his dad did truly play a part in something with this whole setup… Still don’t know why Alan even brought up the missing database then with them… Hmm Alan said he had no choice in what he did but how still can you do something like that to family. Still not happy with him at all. And Colin I am even more angry at. At least Alan kinda tries to do something right at the end of this chapter and goes back to get Ethan. Still we need more information hopefully we find out more about happened after they pick Ethan up and get back home.

Well, we get some answers how true are they? Wow… Who can you believe in a situation like this… From what we have read Ethan really did fall and was really seriously injured so what he is telling Jake should be the truth. However what if he was brainwashed durning his recovery? We still don’t know if what Colin has told Ethan about Alan knowing is true or not. And now Alan is at the hotel. If Alan is involved I don’t see how this family will stay together his wife would certainly have to be pretty pissed of at being manipulated like this especially sense Jake has already once tried to commit suicide. And now Jake’s feelings for Ethan are back but he does feel guilt over them because of Cody but in reality he never stopped loving Ethan. okay so it’s looking like it will be 12 more hours before we get a new chapter think I will try to sleep it away so it gets here faster lol Jk of course I couldn’t sleep that long if I wanted to. Q

I always feel like a donkey when I post on this story I keep meaning to mention I do feel bad for Cody as well yes his life has been crap and it makes me sad to think he will again be hurt. However I also think that he is the one pushing the relationship with Jake and that it was a bad move at the time to do so because of the mental state Jake would be dealing with after Ethan's Death. But as the saying goes things happen for a reason and if Jake does end up back with Ethan I am sure something will present itself for Cody.

Hmm... Yes I agree another wait for another chapter for some answers... Oh well at least we know its no prank and Ethan is alive. I am still in two minds with Alan... Did he help Colin like he told Ethan he did or does Alan know nothing about what transpired? Okay next chapter please. Q

I totally agree I think that this is one of a very few stories I have commented on in so much depth that I have.

Hmm thought provoking for sure. I was sitting here thinking how Alan could do something like that to his family but as you point out very possibly he was forced into it. But that still doesn't explain why Alan would bring it up to his family in the first place... Is Colin lying to Ethan? and Alan really doesn't have any idea what is going on. I am so hooked on this story and the conspiracy that it contains just has me sitting on the edge of my seat. Before I discovered these story sites I was an avid Mystery reader so I have always enjoyed this type of story. However I have to say James your story has really captivated my attention better then most. This is why I love the way GA is setup with the ability to leave comments to the Author and the other readers and be able to have an open discussion.

Okay nothing that has happened has been Jakes fault. First Jake harbored feelings for Cody... Jakes father jerks them away and moves to the US How is that Jakes fault? Jake meets Ethan in the US and thinking he will never see Cody again falls in love with Ethan... Again how is this Jakes fault? Cody gets found out by his mother only because of the way he acted to Jake when he was forced to be leaving and moving to the US so Cody had to find someway to let Jake know he was sorry and wrote a few letters that his mother discovered... Thus resulting in him also moving to the US where he met and developed a relationship with Luke. Again not Jake's fault. In the background Alan and Colin are working on a plan so Colin can take this new job... Which both parents know are not going to make anyone happy... Again not Jake's fault. Ethan falls and "dies" Alan decides to many bad memories and moves the back to the UK after all that happened behind the scenes... Knowing what he is doing is hurting Cody by pulling him away from Luke... Again not Jake's fault And Cody is the one that pushed Jake away in the beginning Jake told Cody how he felt and because Cody could deal with the fact that he was Gay pushed him away and caused the major rift between him and Jake. Everyone is so down on Jake when really he's 16 and has to do what his parents tell him. He had no choice in the moves to the US or back to the UK. The only part Jake had a role in was forming a relationship with Cody once back in the UK and both of them should have known better then to do that but age and mental stability had a lot to do with that. I look at it like this.... This is all on Alan and Colin the conniving that went on between these 2 people is what has caused everything. These are the 2 people should be upset with.

WOW Mind Blown..... I certainly had ideas like this but still to see it in writing. In a past chapter Colin learned how Ethan really felt for him that he knew his father loved him and he held nothing against his father. Later Jake told Colin that Ethan had really loved him and Colin really hoped that was the case and then he goes and does something like this to his son. Not a way to earn the love he was so hoping he had from his son. And Alan I can't believe he knows what an ass. Alan and Colin both need there asses kicked how many lives have they ruined.... Luke and Cody.... Ethan and Jakes... What would Alan have done if this actually caused Jake to go through with what he tried to do once before? And I can't imagine Alan's wife being all to pleased when things come to light if she really didn't have a part in it already which I don't think she would have. But now what gets me is why did Alan even bring up the issue about Colin disappearing? Okay my last idea still stands as well I don't think Colin is okay with Ethan being gay... He saw how happy Ethan finally was in his life after meeting Jake and he still goes and pulls something like this. Wow just wow...... Next Chapter now Please LOL Yes I know my inpatients showing. Q

Ok my idea came from this quote. I am thinking that Colin wasn’t really ok with Ethan being gay and having a love interest. With the line of work Colin was in he cold easily make himself and Ethan disappear.

I am surprised how has dad reacted knowing what is going on with Colin’s records just disappearing and knowing Ethan has answers. I am in the mind that this meeting has to happen to save someone… Hmm as I typed that another thought has just hit me I’m not sharing yet in public just gonna hold this thought.

Okay well in the message I sent to @weinerdogafter Jake got the letter I said I thought it was either Colin or Ethan somehow... Well now we know the who but what the heck is going on. And okay why is it Jake needs his ass kicked? I am sure Ethan was the last person he would ever think would be contacting him... Yes I get this may lead to Cody being left in the shit again but still at this point I see no reason to go all commando on Jake... And there may be a very valid reason Ethan needs to talk to him something that could maybe keep him out of some type of trouble... I am assuming this has to have something to do with something Colin was working on and possibly even Jakes father and Ethans call may help keep them all out of trouble... However if Ethan is just calling to stir up his own type of trouble then Ethan needs his ass kicked and not Jake... I do think that both Cody and Jake made a mistake in establishing a relationship (Other then best friends) in the state they were both in neither was in a proper mental state perhaps not Cody as much as Jake. I can also see where it probably would have been Cody pushing Jake into that relationship and with Jakes mindset at the time him just going along with it also their ages play a part. If as was said it seemed Jake and Ethan were soulmates if that is truly the case then sure it would take a very long time for him to deal with his death in a way he would be ready for another relationship but again age also may have played a part in that. Also I do/will feel bad for Cody if it turns out that somehow Ethan and Jake get back together. Everyone is correct he has been screwed over by his parents the move and then the move back away from Luke. Anyway just my thoughts. Again great writing James and I am setting on the edge of my chair waiting for the next chapter and hopefully some answers as to what the heck is happening. Signs of a great writer. Q

Well we know Jake also has a secret he is keeping. I wonder if he will reveal that at the same time as his father they have to be tied together. @weinerdogand I discussed who we thought that letter was from neither of us at that point wanted to say who we thought in a public comment but we both agreed. I know I am anxiously awaiting the next chapter to get more details of what the heck is going on. Q

Wow it gets even more mysterious. I myself can hardly wait for the next chapter. I have to say this has been one story series that has pulled me in fullstop and I am reading the next chapter as soon as I realize it has been posted. Great Writing James. Q

I agree to a point... However having been diagnosed diabetic even in my early 20's and being placed on Insulin it wasnt until I watched my dad die from complications and the fact I suffered a stroke in my late 30's that I really started to do things dealing with my diabetes the way I should . I hated pricking my fingers 4 times a day and sticking myself 3 to 4 times a day with the insulin. What teen or young adult wants to deal with that especially if they don't see the effects from the disease. Stupid reasoning? Yes majorly.

Been waiting for Luke and Cody to meet. Been worried that some how Cody and Jake would fuck up again and Jake would lose Ethan. So much alcohol for Jake and being diabetic not a good thing hope he is alright. I am diabetic myself and know what it can do to your counts.

Hmm. This is what I think. Nathans father is upset that he is gay and is trying to stop him from seeing Jason probably by threatening to let Jason's parents know that Nathan is gay he probably thinks they would be so upset and also make Jason stop seeing or hanging out with him or he is planning on outting Jason which if that is the case he is a bigger Asswaffle then he has been to Nathan. He could also be holding other things over Nathan such as his apartment and job... I don't think Jason's parents will be all that worried about him being gay I actually think they kinda suspect it anyway. Just my thought on what is happening. Looking forward to the next chapter

Okay I am hooked. Well I have been hooked since chapter 1. However reading the first chapter I thought it was going to be Shaun or Dean being with Joey. But the addition of Jack when they got back from vacation and finding out what happened the year before WOW. That was certainly an awful thing for that girl to do to Joey. This camping trip was good for everyone I think they have had a lot happen in a short time after a great vacation. The ghost story that was told is one I have heard before we had an awesome reading teacher in middle school he was also a story teller and one year the day before Halloween we had a story day instead of regular class it was great he told us like 3 or 4 stories that day and this was one of them but the way it was told to us it was a girl and it was her birthday party weekend on the day of her actual birthday the family had given her a puppy and the puppy would always come to her room and lick her hand as a good night kinda thing. That weekend was her party and she was having a sleep over everyone was sleeping downstairs but since she had a bad back she had a special bed and was sleeping that night in her room. The rest was pretty much the same except the next day when she got up everyone at the sleep over was dead with the note on the wall that humans can lick hands as well. Sorry I rambled there a bit anyway this is the 2nd of your stories I have dived into just very recently. The other The lad from Castlebay (Great story btw) I have to say I am enjoying the way you write and bring the feelings alive. Looking forward to reading more of this adventure and more of the stories you have posted.

Still loving the series and looking forward to the next installment. Hmm I mentioned something in an earlier comment about whether or not it was George causing what was happening with his writing or was he some how connected to the boys thoughts... Well I never did think as @travlbugstated that it could actually be one of the boys. But the new story really got them to try some new things. Jake has admitted to watching some porn but that he didn't like it so unless he read some of that stuff in other stories I don't see him being the author of the GW stories either but it is an idea. Thanks Ivor for sharing these tales with us it is an interesting and different approach which I am enjoying. Q

Hmm. Guess we will have to wait and see how close George came to what actually happened with the boys that next weekend. Is George somehow tied into the boys thoughts or is his writing causing the things the boys are doing? Interesting story and looking forward to next episode.

I surely hope you continue with this story. It was different type of prompt for me to see on here but it gave your Muse a stir and you created a lovely story from it. I am surely waiting to see how the boys get on and how GW responds to the email the boys sent.

OMG Jason is driving me nuts.... Nathan isnt far behind.... Jason needs to come clean to his boss tomorrow about what really happened outside of work he doesnt have to tell his boss he is gay but he needs to tell the boss about Aiden's harrasement. And he certainly needs to tell Nathan I mean how many signals does he need. Nath keeps telling him his dad isn't happy with him and doesnt approve of him.... Nath is the one that keeps making bodily contact. and Nathan needs to just stop talking about girls to Jason. I think thats the only thing that is making Jason maybe second guess telling him.
