    I just heard about a TV series called "Di4ri". Each episode follows one of eight kids at the Galileo Galilee Middle School, with the characters narrating their stories in a "diary" format. Check Netflix for viewing. It's like an Italian-language version of Heartstopper. The English version is titled "DI4RIES", and will be released on July 26th.

    Max and I just spotted a flying squirrel. I knew Australia has some, but I had no idea there were any in Michigan.

    I've seen some vintage Jell-O recipes from the 60's that could only be described as "crimes against food". If anyone wants to try the recipe for Waldorf chicken salad that Max enjoys, I have it written here, towards the bottom of page 6.

    My family has a recipe for "Grandma's Chili" (not my grandma, but it was invented by someone's grandma, anyway). It's bacon, onions, ground beef, kidney beans, and a can (maybe two cans?) of tomato soup. Possibly some spices. It's served with egg noodles. If I eat it in just the wrong way, the two starches together make me lose my appetite.

    The weekend was good. I made one of Max's favorite meals: chicken Waldorf salad. He also enjoyed visiting Aunt Deirdre (my sister-in-law) and her two boys. Other than that, nothing really new to report.

    Comicality is currently recovering from a health crisis, and he's busy writing every single day. He posts new chapters every week! So what if he takes a while to circle back around to Billy Chase? And so what if he has many active stories at once? Comsie puts a great deal of effort into each one of his stories, and yet you have the nerve to criticize him for taking too long? Let's see your writing, then! What have you accomplished with your spare time, other than complaining?
