Traverse City was home to the Northern Michigan State Asylum in the 1880's. It was finally abandoned in 1989, but they've been fixing it up in the last ten years or so.
Hey, Ali!
Hey, Caz.
They said hello. And yes, he was.
Hey, Val. Made some balsamic roasted beet chips. Not bad.
Hey, Dugh, Mum, and Thistle. *scratches Thistle on his belly*
The sun is shining brightly, but the temp is 59 F/15 C, with 13 mph winds. Bought a dozen pumpkin donuts at the farmer's market. Apples, Brussels sprouts, beets, and butternut squash were also purchased.
Mickey, Remy, and Rory are all snuggled on the sofa. We're watching a movie called White Frog. Mickey and Remy wanted to see a movie featuring Boo Boo Stewart.
Well behaved? Hardly. Pretty sure I saw that overinflated emoji in a porn film once. Hey, Tea Bat.
I find the sound of thunder relaxing. Hey, Gary.
We had a t-storm last night. Today was 60 F/15.5 C, with a chill in the wind that left me shivering on my way to work. I confess I was left unprepared, due to the bright, sunny skies above. Hey, Clo.
Hey, Marty.
This one really hit the spot for dinner tonight. I used half a loaf of pre-sliced, split-top sourdough. Skipped the refrigerator part, though. I especially loved the crispy edges.

Hey, Dugh, Mum, and Thistle. Glad that Mum seems to be doing okay. Most people aren't aware that the symptoms of a heart attack present themselves differently between men and women. That's what makes it so scary. Hopefully Mum isn't too badly affected.
I did apologize to him for my hasty words, and he seemed to accept it. He agreed that the "nuking" thing had gotten tired out. But, I haven't seen him since. I'm sure he's just busy with college.
