Thanks for the information, everyone. I never knew that AP flour was exempt from bread-baking. Now I'll have to get a good flour at the store.

I normally use All-Purpose flour (unbleached) and dry active yeast for baking, because those are the most common, and therefore the most convenient. And I usually buy the store-name brand. Maybe I just need to get better ingredients.

Hey, Tim. Morgan and I watched Hjartasteinn last night. Just as good as I remembered. For some reason, I always think of you when I watch a movie from the Nordic countries. I love the smell of bread baking, too. Sadly, making a good loaf of bread is one of my shortcomings in the kitchen. It never seems to have the right texture. Maybe I should go back to school, and take a class or two to round out my skills.

I get advertisements for cooking equipment and Reddit videos. Especially the Reddit videos. Hey, Clo. I remember an episode of Hot in Cleveland. The ladies booked a cruise in the Caribbean that turned out to be for gay/lesbian couples. Somehow, they each managed to attract the attention of the sexy captain, who was in his thirties. I'm doing well, thanks, Marty.
