Charlie Boone had never been one to believe in ghosts. So it had come as a little bit of a shock when he and his friends had actually met a couple of them, some Halloween seasons ago, at a holiday party in an old house located in the woods some miles from their homes. Billy and Will had been lovers in real life, until an accident had taken one of them away. I never liked the name 'Trebor'. It's just 'Robert', spelled backwards! I do look at these ideas of yours, and even take screen shots of them. I have a fairly full folder of your 'supposes'! All I can say is, never say never! Charlie Boone & Company's Halloween adventure starts Monday.

Yes, it was the tale where the guys were kidnapped by the Arpies that they first met Pacha and Mike. Is That A Rocket In your Pocket, Charlie Boone? There are so many of these stories now they sort of run together in my mind! The Hartonin were nice folks. We could use more of them!

I remember those movies from childhood cable TV days. Terry Thomas was pretty funny in his comedies. He had a sense for the absurd. Tony Curtis was okay. Some Like It Hot is the comedy I remember with him. The only one, though, which probably says something.

I actually remember this mistake. The story was already posted when I spotted it. I just hoped no one would notice! I actually own my own domain, and once considered putting up my own site. Just too busy these days. But I have retained the domain, and someday will have time for the site. Surviving in the publishing world ain't easy. I would need to find a broader audience in order for it to be worth the time, I think!

Really a nice review of the story and my stuff in general. Thank you! I make a note of your story ideas, and I'm surprised when you get close to something I am either actually writing or thinking about writing. All I can say is that I hope you'll be happy with the Halloween tale. I actually grew up reading the Commodore Grimes adventures of Chandler ( among MANY others!). I don't remember that specific one, but now I have to look back through my books until I find that eternal orgasm one. Whoo-hoo! Thank you for the inspiration. 😁

Was that in the room next to Herr Einstein? I heard once that his thoughts were so potent they would leak through the walls at night. His maid, his gardener, and three squirrels that lived in his front yard went on to win Nobel prizes in mathematics!
