Hmm. INTERESTING question. I'll have to ask him!
He has already shown that he can pick a destination out of Mildred's mind, without having ever been there himself.
A house capable of interstellar flight? An intriguing prospect!
Thanks! But I don't think being converted to electricity would be the best way to get places - especially interstellar places - as the propagation of electricity is limited by the speed of light, as is all E-M radiation. Plus, that annoying static makes your hair stand up!
At some point I have to find the time to sit down and re-read the entire series and update my notes. You rather consistently remind me that there are things that I have just forgotten I wrote, that should be in my notes! 😁
The main thing for me is that writing these stories continues to be fun. Sharing them with readers continues to be fun. I am rather amazed sometimes that that has happened!
An enjoyable tale that reminds of an old Alfred Hitchcock or Twilight Zone episode. Very nicely presented, and you won't want to turn the channel until it's over!
A very nice set of thoughts, and I appreciate them. I enjoy writing these tales, and sharing them with all of you. You can go anywhere and do anything in a group!
Forty-five days! Ack! I'd better get rolling!
See you at Christmas? 🎄
Thanks for coming along on this one, buddy!
One thing I like about this series is that basically, anything is possible.
I think that the story of the land and the promise not to sell is what got lost. It was a Jemeson descendant that sold the property the first time.
Just proves that every property has an ideal owner.
Hope to see you at Christmas!
Oh, no! I didn't even think about the doors inside Lugh possibly leading to other story lines!
Let's not even think about that just now!
Um...maybe tomorrow?
Yep. Fortunately, he left the motor running, and Mildred was able to move it quickly.
Oh, I think you've been right quite a few times before! Happy you enjoyed this one, my friend.
I always look forward to Christmas. See you at the party, bud! 😀
When I sat down to start this story, I was thinking that it was time for Charlie and the guys to get their own place. They certainly can afford it now.
Having Mildred offer them Lugh just sort of happened. But I think it will be a fun addition to the Booniverse. 😄
I just couldn't let anything happen to Akeeri, Martin, or Emma. Too close to Christmas for that! 😇
Happy to have you along, as always!
Pilfer J. Dithering???? Aw, you're kidding me, right? I never made up a character called that (wink, wink)!
A universal invite will go out, and we'll see who makes it to the bash!
Thank you for the very nice words. I usually have a lot of fun with Charlie and the guys, and this story was no exception. My list of characters is getting pretty long now, though, and I am seeing no way to have everybody attend the housewarming party. But we'll invite everyone, and see who shows up!
Hope to see you there!
