Yes, this again is another really good chapter. But since July 30th, 17 chapters later and we have only covered 4 1/2 days. I know a lot has happened in those 5 days. But we were all looking forward to the Board meeting and what was going to happen at that and Jake's investigation of the Foundation. Looks like we have a few more days in Malibu and Southern Cal, then Will has a trip coming up later in the week to New York with Darius, meeting up with JJ and maybe along with him a trip back to Palo Alto and the dinner at Escorial. I am grateful for the great story, but seem like it is parts of it is really dragging on. Sorry, I guess I just get way too impatient.

I have never heard of Dandelion salad or eating any Dandelion, but I have had Dandelion Wine when I was visiting up in Indiana back in the 80's. I didn't think it was that great myself.

I was wondering that. If some of that land out there is free, they might look into the ex slaves getting small partials like Lucinius' Dad thought he was getting to begin with. Like that they will stay around a lot longer even if they start looking for wives. At first to get started, they might could work for Lucinius a percentage of the time and get their own property up to par the other percentage.

I don't like figs either. I have always planted a fig tree at the houses I have bought, because I think they are beautiful growing in the yard. I have always let anyone that wanted them to have all they wanted. The latest house I have bought has a smaller back yard and don't know if I will plant a fig or not.

Dates grow on a tree called a Date Palm Tree, Like plums on a Plum Tree, Pears on a Pear Tree, Peaches on a Peach Tree.

Wonderful story. I all the others I do hate for it to end. Maybe someday you will give us either an epilogue 2, or a side story maybe with Brad and Tony retired and Pat taking over for Brad with help from all the other ones that intend to stay dedicated to the future of Sanctuary. The majority of US States have 2 4 year terms with some of them 2 consecutive terms, with a term pause afterwards, a few has a 2 term pause, before the candidate can run again. And a few of them have a 2 4 year term in a lifetime. Virginia has a 4 year term limit, the after a pause the candidate can run again. 12 states have unlimited 4 year term limits. I know this story is complete and has been for getting close to 2 years now. One thing I would be very rewarding for both the kids in Sanctuary and some older people in assisted living and memory care communities getting together and spending time with each other. Maybe once a month a bus load of the kids go visit at the ALMC and one a month maybe 2 weeks between send the bus to the ALMC and pick those guys up and bring them to The Sanctuary. Maybe a Sat. afternoon or a Sun. I know the ones in the Metro Atlanta area like these are elderly people that are still in good shape and mind. Most just don't want to keep up a house or condo anymore and have the onsite activities that are offered there. I know some have both Apts for their clients and also 2 and I have even heard 3-bedroom patio condo's or Apts, and their clients can still have their cars there too. But mixing the elderly men and women with the young boy and girls can be really good for both of them. Lots of the elderly don't have any kids or grandkids or some that do they may live hundreds or even thousand miles away. All the elderly have stories to tell, and also may help lead some of the young people in the direction of what kind of career decision. Some may have once been doctor, nurses, lawyers, legal sec. financial backgrounds, officers in the military, business or cooperate leaders, politicians, etc. I think they can be a win/win for both groups.

I don't know about any bus wash centers. But I work in sales all over the S.E. US and I have seen the signs advertising and actually have seen the chain call Blue Beacon Truck Wash along the interstate system. Most of the big name or cooperate trucking companies have their own wash area at their facilities. One of my best friends Dad owned a pretty large trucking company of about 90 trucks. I know they had one because they hired a number of our friends for summer and weekend jobs of washing their 18 wheelers and trailers.

I have a feeling there may be additional dogs show up at Sanctuary after Bubba gets his rescue there. Great story!

WOW!! My exact thoughts, but it didn't cross my mind that someone else might have agreed with me. I have seen him in a purple suit on Family Feud before and that's the reason I thought that myself.

I thought Bubba said she was making $150 a week that would be $600 a month. He is going to pay her $1,500 a month and then after kitchen is all set up $2,000. So really about 3 1/2 times. But that is a so much better than she was making. Plus other perks he will probably give her that she wasn't getting at her other jobs.

I also think it was too short. Wish you would visit it back sometimes. Maybe both Tim and Brad, and Paul and Greg might take thrown out boys and adopt them, and go from there.

Frozen biscuits that are available at major grocery chains in the USA South, and I assume other parts of the country because Walmart also sell them, are better than the canned biscuits and something close to the homemade biscuits our Mom's and Grandmother's make. My Mom who is 87 years old stopped making homemade and buys the frozen ones now. But Frozen biscuits will not work in the aspect of making the wraps that Tim made for him and Paul. Also I never consider an Omelet as an Omelet unless it has cheese in it. Great Chapter!
