    Interview

Arnold, Bridgett's husband if I remember right. Been a while since I read this story last.

    Epaulet Mate

I picture her more like Delta Burk off Designing Women.
  3. Oh you will end up reading it again. I think it was a number of years ago that I read it for the first time. But I really didn't read any of the comments or make any. I had gotten snake bit on another story i read by a couple of dumbass's that had read it before totally giving the story away in their comments. So I just read the story. Then I read it again about a year and half ago and started reading some of the comments then. or as notices pops up that someone has made a recent one I like to go and see how much they are enjoying this great story. Looks like I missed some of you comments late last year. So as Raven1 is now reading I look back and see I few I did miss. But I bet you do read it again in the future or at least refresh your memory by re-reading a chapter that someone might have made a comment on. Hard not too.

    Getaways

Their experiences and times at Shark Bay or some of my favorite of all in this story. Like you I think it I think it is a beautiful place. But seems like all of the West Coast Darwin all the way down to Perth is too.
  5. Great Story Gary. I just hope you eventually come back to the guys in COTT and S & D and let us know what is going on with their lives. Might could have a 5 years in the future with Nate and Bodie and tie all of them in together. They should be in College now. But they are your stories and all left up to you. Look forward to reading more your work.
  6. Gary, I agree with Albert. *****stars! Enough said!
  7. Great chapter. I have had so much going on, I would read a paragraph or two, go do something.... so it took me a couple of hours getting thru it and reading the comments. Love the story!
  8. I am so glad that Arron saw the light of his insecurities and got out of his vehicle and went back to fight for Chet, even though it was with himself. I so wanted to reach thru the story and slap him upside the head and make him see that he was overreacting. Glad they are back as a couple again. Great Story, "Writer God"
  9. I have read all the comments. Some I agree with and some I don't agree with. But knowing from reading COTT that Chet and Arron got together and became a couple during the almost 2 weeks that Kendall and Mike were gone out west. So this is in that period of time. And they were a happy couple at that intended fix up dinner. Nothing was ever brought up about this wrinkle. When I saw the title of this chapter I knew that the shit was going to hit the fan. I didn't think that it was wise for Chet to leave Ian at his place when he went to work. He should have at least called in late, and made sure Ian was gone. But he didn't. I really think Arron overreacted even though he had been snake bit by his ex. This was only their second date, and 3rd time of ever meeting each other within 1 1/2 days. Him being a cop he should know he should listen to what to the parties involved. But if I didn't know the outcome before reading this and knowing Chet's point of view. If I was Chet I would not call Arron after I get rid of Ian. I would leave it up to Arron having some time to call me. If he didn't, oh well someone else would come along. It wasn't like he cheated on anyone. But there is always if's. Like the old saying. "If my aunt had balls, she would be my uncle.
  10. Short and sweet chapter. Reading some of the comments about Chet not telling Arron about his visitor being a mistake. I don't think the phone call or the time at the gym were the place for him to bring it up. Over dinner yes. So I guess we will see. But like others too, I am wondering what might be waiting on Chet when he gets home. Ian may still be there, or he may have messed the place up. Never know what might happen. I would have never left him there alone after rebuffing his getting back together. I would have told Arron I would meet him at the gym 20 - 30 minutes later so I could have gone home first. If something was wrong that would be a good time to call Arron and have him to come over to help out. But maybe everything will work out.
  11. I think this situation has happened to a lot of us before. I know for me it has happened with both a younger guy and also with a younger woman. One I listened and then sent them on their way. With the other I listened first then fucked them, then told them to hit the road. I wasn't in a relationship either time, but even though Chet is smitten with Arron. I don't think it was wrong the way he handled it, or if he had fucked Ian and then sent him on his way. Would have probably made it a lot harder to get Ian from showing up again. But don't think it will hurt his and Arron's future together. But either way I would still tell Arron about the ex showing up. Great Chapter Gary!
  12. Great chapter! I think they are well on their way!
  13. It doesn't surprise me that Chet got the place wrong! Just glad that he turned around and called back after Arron didn't answer the first time. Plus just going only by not seeing a vehicle in the parking lot was stupid in the first place. Many people have more than one. Arron doesn't know enough about Chet to only go by that. But glad it worked out. Good job buddy!
  14. Right off from the begging of COTT I could tell you were not a one trick pony. You have some real talent. Keep them coming. I was wondering when I was reading COTT and you mentioned you were doing a side story on Chet, how you were going to begin how these two got together and became a couple before the setup dinner ever happened. Great job of making it happen. I look forward to reading the rest of the story.
  15. I prefer the CD's and the digital remastered music more than the old vinyl. I just like the sound better. I guess it is a matter of preference.
  16. Thank you, Gary, for your great story. For your first I am very, very impressed with your writing! Keep up your the great work. Reading a lot of the other readers comments, I am glad to see I am not the only one wanting more from the cast of characters.
  17. I have so many memories even from when I was very young. My Grandmother listened to the old southern gospel albums. She had 7 or 8 albums from different groups, Chuck Wagon Gang, Sego Bros. and Naomi, The Cathedrals and the Blackwood Brothers. That was the early 60's then as I got a little older, I had 3 Dog Night, CCR, Van Morrison, and then on into the 70's Chicago, Eagles, Fleetwood Mac, Rolling Stones, Temptations, and then 8 tracks took over for a little while. But great memories. I gave all my old 78' and albums away when I cassette tapes started taking over. Sadly as they started wearing out, I went to CD's. I know I went thru 5 different "Tea for the Tillerman" before I finally bought the CD. But still have the memories of times past.
  18. And then there were two! Love this story. I hate for it to end.
  19. A Great Christmas! Sounds like Bodie is very talented in many things. Glad Nate is making thru very well without his parents and sisters. I was really hoping they were going to show up. Looks like 4 chapters to go and 10 days until move in date. Sad!
  20. I still feel like Nate's family will show up. Was hoping we would get to Kendall's parents getting moved in before the story ends. But with only a few chapters left I don't think we will. Great Story.
  21. Love it! I have a feeling that Nate's Mom, Dad and two Sisters are going to show up at Big Mike's and Colleens as a Suprise for Christmas. They were missing Nate so much and him telling them he missed them. Just a hunch! But would not be surprised.
  22. Somehow or another, Sandy might be a good candidate as a surrogate to have Kendall's kid in the future! Thanks Gary, you are the best!
  23. Another Great chapter. But they seem to be getting shorter as it gets closer to the end. Love this story!!!!
  24. Yeah, I felt like the forgiveness was the main thing Josh was hoping for and knowing that their friendship was there even though over 2,000 miles away. Maybe someday they can see each other again as friends.
  25. Oh, I want you to keep writing, not reading other stories! LOL!!! Just kidding. Great work buddy!
