After the emotions of last chapter this was so nice. Adam and Artie had a bonding experience and opened up to each other. Artie is beginning to have faith and belief in himself and let go of the past and emotional abuse by his grandparents. Thanks and looking forward to more.

It’s a cooking show on foodtv where the chefs get a basket with 4 mystery ingredients and the. Have to use them to create and entree appetizer or dessert. Some pretty bizarre shit is in those baskets sometimes.

It’s great that the captain is so close to Kohen now that he can even seem to read his thoughts. Even when they are only transmitted by his eyes. Wondering now if Lakshou only did it for money or is there some other underlying reason. Guess we have to wait a week or two to find out. As always great chapter CIA. Thanks.

What a great chapter. I wonder why there aren’t real people making those arguments to the religious fundamentalists about these gaps in bible philosophy. The other day at church we were discussing why David was such a great king while Saul was so maligned?? Sleeping with your best friends wife and then having him killed when she gets pregnant is better than ignoring gods command to kill everyone and everything in a conquered territory?? Anywho thanks for the new chapter and the insightful references!!

OK, So first off, so totally not hating you!! Just very intrigued myself on the whole of the Aron/Alex dynamic in their relationship??? I want to LIKE Aron and DISLIKE Alex, but in this whole sex scene Aron came off like an insensitive douchenozzle. I also like that Carter seems to have an inkling that maybe his reaction is some kind of closet case reaction to Aron picking another guy over him. Understanding first person POV stories, can't wait until Carter finds out more secrets. Thanks again!! -

I don’t see Ky as backstabbing he just told Artie the facts as he knew them. To someone who has never been in a relationship or been persued before I think that Artie is just enthralled with the newness of it all. I think Ky really blew it with the zoo thing. Still questions about Adams past and why he left and his sister didn’t talk to him. I agree with others and don’t trust Dizzy. He does seem to have a reputation of love them and leave them and if I were Artie I would be afraid of being just another conquest. He is moving way to fast right now. Thanks for the chapter ace. Lakshou was quite a shock but I did get kind of an inkling at the start of the chapter when he rubbed his fingers over the ports in Kohen’s head and they activated. Still wow. No wonder he has tried to keep him away from the others. I hope he sings to save his skin but if not....... shove him out of any available airlock. Thanks cia.

What a great family the Rites are. They took in Adam and made him family. It looks like Adam is paying it forward by taking in Artie even though he is family. You do have me wondering what all the secrecy is all about though. Why didn’t Adam want Artie saying anything about the family back in Texas? Ky and Dizzy are stuck in a pissing contest and will be lucky if they don’t just drive Artie away. Nice new chapter thanks.

I am glad that Artie and Charlotte had a nice break. I am glad that Artie opened up to her. He seems to be doing well but sometimes keeping this much stuff inside you can cause issues. He now has someone to open up to and relieve some of the pressure and stress from keeping it all inside. I do hope at some point that they all stop pushing him into a decision. He has only been there 4 days please let him get comfortable before pushing him to decide people. Ps go team Ky!!!!! Great chapter thanks.

After last chapter with Lindsay saying how much Artie resembled Adam I had the same thought about father and son. It would also explain the friend in texas’ reaction to Adam at the funeral and why the will granted Artie’s custody to Adam. I am loving the byplay between Ky and Dizzy. I think if I were Artie I would choose Ky. Dizzy is being to stalkery for my tastes. Will he show up at the coffee shop to ruin Charlottes day with Artie??? I guess we’ll find out in the next chapter. Thanks Ace.

To be fair to Aron, Carter did make it kinda easy to let go of the friendship with his drunken homophobic rant at their wedding. Although I am glad to hear that Aron isn’t so mad that he didn’t want to find out what brought it on. On that point I will agree that Alex was a bit of an asshat. -

The more I read about Aron and Alex’s relationship the more intrigued I get. I kinda had Alex as a controlling top and not a once a week bottom. It seems he controlled Aron with sex and rationed it out to keep him on his leash. I can’t wait until we find out more about Alex and his life. I bet there are things that Carter (as Alex) is going to find out that are not good. I have a decided dislike for Alex already and can’t wait to see how this resolves. Thanks. -
I think Dizzy and Ky need to step back abit. Artie has been in school 2 days and you really can’t decide on a relationship in just 2 days. I can’t wait to see how the surfing goes on the weekend. I hope Dizzy doesn’t crash the beach and ruin Ky’s time with Artie. Charlotte is going to be a great friend with Artie and I think that is what he really needs the most. Thanks Ace.

Oh shite. This could be a long uncomfortable ride home if Beth isn’t lying. If Carter didn’t make the choice and Beth made it for him Jackson will be even more heartbroken than he was when he tried to end it before. Just when I thought it was all said and done another wrinkle. You are a great storyteller thanks.

Poor Artie. If it were me I think my head would explode with the radical differences in the schools. I wish I could have gone to a high school like that. My god. Artie’s grand parents would stroke out at a school where children are actually encouraged to speak about their plans and dreams. Great chapter. Thanks.
