So the cat's out of the bag, finally. I feel like this situation is somehow worse than before, especially for poor Matty. Rusty is going to take his teasing to the next level, and Matty is SO not prepared for what's heading his way. 😆 But that's okay, I'll be there to comfort him. Right after I'm done scolding Rusty, of course. I'll get them to play nice. 😉 Now the next phase of this game is the no doubt entertaining schemes to get the other to reveal his secret first, while thinking that his own secret is safe. I'm looking forward to it. Oh, and @Joie J., Connor used to be a bit of a hippie, so I'm sure he's had a lot of salad. I'm sure he can exchange recipes with John "fun is overrated" Roomie.

Stacy would deserve it. What's going to cause trouble is when Stacy dumps Craig and he keeps showing up at their house to hang out with Seth. Or maybe Maggie has a hot brother and Craig will start to target him instead of Seth. 😉

Craig is 120% an abusive closet case who will throw Seth under the bus to save his own skin, and I wouldn't be surprised if he tried to keep having sex with Seth afterwards.

I think he knows he was used, but he's been lusting after Craig for so long that he let himself get caught up in the moment. I really hope he can get that out of his system because he could have a really good thing with Blake. Apparently he'd rather spend the day in your brother too, Stacy...

As much as Craig is a dangerous abuser, I have to admit it felt good to see him call Stacy a bitch to her face. 😆 So I think that confirms my suspicions that Craig is gay or bi and is only dating Stacy to get access to Seth. And Seth stupidly went along with it. I'm sure this won't blow up in his face and cause problems for them at all!!

You could call it Rycky, but that would be boring. Does Rybalt have a last name, and can we add "plums" at the end of it? Because that would get my vote. But the current subplots are Matbalt and Rustyplums, so... Edit: And some people here really want to make Runor happen.

A muse with benefits, no doubt. 😆 I have to say, I'm very entertained by how this story has become a love rectangle between two people. Xpress won't do anything, it's riding the "Rusty Parker has a steady girlfriend" train right now (hopefully right off a cliff along with Connor's ambitions).

Where's the child, @J.El? They'd have to be 4 or 5 years old now, so surely they'd have their own bed. Or surely Rusty would have noticed signs of a child living in that apartment (clothes, toys lying around, etc.). I don't see August moving to Sunny Hill, taking all her things with her, yet somehow leaving her child living somewhere else.

I think August was one of the few who could see through his act and connect with the real Rusty. I also think Rusty liked that emotional connection and, because of his age, he confused and conflated that with love. What he has with August is probably more of a deep, platonic friendship, kind of like what he has with Maddox. Rusty doesn't regret what he did with August, but he's not showing any indication that he wants to do it again either.

I don't care what Connor wants, he'll take what he can get, and Rusty ain't it. Jaime was only there so Rusty could make himself jealous, so it's mission accomplished for him and he's moved on to greener pastures. Besides, I think Rusty gave him a stern warning to stay away from 'his' Matty.

Connor's free and he'll stay that way. You couldn't pay me enough to stay with Connor longer than it would take to remove myself from his presence. Rusty knows I don't mind sharing, but he'll come back to me I'm sure.

It might have to be tomorrow, I don't know if he'll be able to go over there after I'm done with him. 😇 I think there's some lingering daddy issues there stopping Rusty from being honest with himself. Maybe we can set our differences aside and work together to help him through this.

Well I think that we can put this August lovechild theory to rest. Where would she keep the child in that tiny apartment? Ironically I think that, much to @J.El's chagrin, August will instead be playing matchmaker here. She seems very perceptive of Rusty's feelings towards Matty, and willing to give him the push he needs to make things official. And now Matty has contemplated cheating on Rusty with...Rusty? LMAO, of course that was the only option he'd consider. Those two are so made for each other. They're both weird in their own way that complements the other. If only they'd stop with the silly games. @J.El maybe Jaime is too busy fulfilling Connor's needs. 😉

I'm sure this will work out as well for you as it always does for Daffy. I look forward to it. 😆

That remains to be seen. If I see Rusty is unhappy with that arrangement, I'll swoop in and rescue him without hesitation. 😄

Agreed on everything, especially the last part. Otherwise he'll get Stacy pregnant, then she and her mother will try to make him drop out of school to take care of Stacy's baby. Seth is not being treated as an equal at all. Stacy pretty much bullies him on a daily basis, and their mother does nothing about it. In my opinion, she's a failure as a mother and Seth is doing as well as he is despite her parenting.

Just thinking about Stacy makes me angry, she and Craig need to go take a long romantic walk off a very short pier. I'm sure of it now, Craig wants Seth and he's using Stacy as a beard. He wouldn't act like a possessive boyfriend if he was straight. Seth can't get away from those toxic freaks soon enough.

Not with that attitude, he isn't!

That's for Rusty to decide. Maybe he'll pick me, who knows?
