Not according to Rusty, she's not. I'm still wondering why she showed up out of the blue like that. I have a suspicion that he got her pregnant and she's been trying to track him down ever since, perhaps to use the child to get Rusty to come back to her. Or maybe she doesn't want to take care of the kid and figured she could just leave them with Rusty and run off wherever. I kind of want Rusty to have fathered a child with August, because I feel like he and Matty would be great parents and I'd like to see it.

He can try, but it won't end well for him. Those plums are too cool for the likes of John.

I'm thinking Matty might have a plan of his own to deal with this. I don't see this happening, but imagine if, say, Xpress were to write an article about how Connor is just trying to get Slicky for himself and involved everyone else in his love triangle with Rusty, supported by photographic evidence from an anonymous source (Zoey would be in on the plan). I wonder what his followers would think of that. Rusty's obviously going to be the main force here, but I'd love to see Matty make his own attempt at damaging Connor's credibility and reputation.

Now I'm also imagining Rusty running around campus while shouting "A cat boy, a cat boy! My kingdom for a cat boy!" I'm also glad Rusty seems to be slowly moving on from trying to impress his father. I get why he wants the man's approval, but at the same time he's starting to see he can be more fulfilled and happy by pursuing his own interests. The real Rusty is showing himself more and more and I'm loving it. So now we have two boys who are falling for each other, but they both play it off because they think the other doesn't feel the same way. If only something would happen that would make them admit their feelings for each other... I have a feeling Slicky's next outing will be disastrous.There are too many people now wanting to know who owns those tasty plums, I think it's a given that he'll be followed and unmasked. Not to mention that John's stupidity and annoyingness is probably enough to irritate Matty into accidentally outing himself as Slicky. He'd have to sing in Slicky's voice though, otherwise people might recognise his voice and blow his cover. I have a feeling Rusty in particular would be able to tell.

As a reader, one thing that comes to my mind is "This is why we can't have nice things." And that's probably selfish of me. I mean, I'm getting dozens of top quality, interesting and engaging stories that a lot of time and hard work went into crafting, and I'm getting it all for free! That's a pretty sweet deal if you ask me, even if it's not always the particular story I'm in the mood for that day getting an update, I'm not complaining. But nooooo, the spoiled, entitled brats have to come out and harass you like this until you decide it isn't worth it anymore, and then everyone loses. It always makes me so angry because you're asking for so LITTLE in return for your hard work. Like, if you want a new chapter so much, why not just click the "Like" button and leave a short comment? It takes less time than emailing a complaint, and I'm guessing it's a lot easier to write the next chapter when you see that people are reading and enjoying it. Not only that, it's like a Mom making peanut butter cookies, then you complain they aren't coming out fast enough, complain that you wanted chocolate chip cookies instead of peanut butter, THEN eat all the cookies anyway and demand that she make chocolate chip cookies for you and have them ready in five minutes. If someone makes me cookies, I'm going to thank them and stuff my face, because I love cookies. It shouldn't be more complicated than that.

I have a feeling they're going to get caught, and Craig's going to be all "It's not my fault, the gay boy forced himself on me!" and almost everyone will believe him. Plus, he's already causing problems for Seth just by acknowledging his existence in front of that demon spawn of a sister. I also have a feeling Mommy is going to spend many years wondering why Seth left the house after graduation and never calls or visits.

Yeah, Rusty always felt to me like the "I don't care if you attack me, but mess with my friends and I will destroy you" kind of guy. This was a tactical mistake.

I'd go for the balls for a stronger effect. I think this is going to cause a lot of problems for Connor and his Legion of Dimwits. Rusty was probably planning to ignore their antics, but now they caused trouble for his Matty and I don't see Rusty letting this slide.

YES! I'd love to see the look on Rusty's face when Slicky shows up at the party. 😄 But really, I wonder what Matty can come up with on such short notice.

Oh no, here comes trouble...hopefully Orrin and Tionna get out of this okay. I've been wondering for a while now why people like Orrin didn't just wear sunglasses for privacy, so I'm glad that question got answered. At the same time, being a halfbreed, it does make sense that Orrin would be a bit reluctant to accept certain parts of Quidarian culture. It must be tough to always be an open book like that. I hope Orrin found a good hiding place for those lenses and didn't just forget to take them out before giving the satchel to his father, otherwise he might get a good talking to later. Oops! As for those bullies, well, I'm sure they'll get what's coming to them eventually. Can't wait to see more!

Hahaha, that was so fun! I hope Verin Hax comes back, even though he'd probably get Orrin in trouble. His little adventure was so delightful to read. Maybe his father really is a prince too, we never know. I definitely think there's more to him than meets the eye. Looking forward to more.

Wow! More insight into Cerian’s view of the world, some potential flirting with Orrin, and then here comes trouble! I’m liking this boy already, it looks like he’ll be a very entertaining addition to the cast. I really hope this isn’t the last we see of him.

So our mystery boy finally has a name. Loved this. We get more insight into Orrin’s values, and a chance meeting with the dreamy Cerian. Now maybe it’s just me, but I get the feeling the beggar will be back later to repay Orrin’s kindness.

Hmmm, I feel like those things are looking for Orrin, Orrin's dad, or that pretty mystery boy. What I'm more curious about is why they're looking for whoever it is.

I feel like that has something to with his father, like he has this unspoken expectation that Rusty needs to be good with the ladies. Now Rusty seems to have found someone he shares a deeper connection with, and he needs to confront that and possibly learn how to be in a serious relationship. I agree, he'll be fine when he confronts those things and breaks free of Roy's influence.

Well, will he still be pretending it's to teach Matty how to be good at sex, or for the true (and right) reasons? And what's this about Matty using a dildo? I must've missed that part... Besides, he still thinks Matty is holding out for Mr. Ivy League Degree with a Lexus, so if anything, he'll probably try to get fucked by Slicky Coolplums first.

For a while, I've been wanting to say something about Rusty acquiring a taste for plum sauce, but now that the moment has arrived, I'm at a loss for words...

I'm really anticipating the reveal now. Things seem to be heading in one direction, but I still expect the reveal to be something completely out of left field. We have all these obvious clues and coincidences, but it's going to be something completely random that only Rusty could see and think "Wait, that means Matty is the cat boy!"

Well, it would appear Matty's plan worked. Maybe not exactly in the way he thought, but it worked. And he did get Rusty's V-card, as far as blowjobs go, so that went even better than expected. Jamie seems to know what's going on, even though Rusty doesn't. I wonder if he'll show up again to move things in the right direction? After a hot interlude, the dance continues. For some reason my brain read that as "Matty may leave and come back to the party as Slicky Coolplums" and as much as I'd love to see what would happen if he did, I don't think he's going to take that kind of risk just yet. This thing with Jamie isn't going anywhere, now that it sounds like Rusty's already come up with some excuse to go over there and drag Matty back with him.

Slicky Coolplums is an awful name, just awful. But at the same time it's really fitting, and the balls jokes practically write themselves. I love it! 😄
