😅 @Bard Simpson I've no idea why I seem to like names beginning with D, not done on purpose at all but you're not the first reader to say that because Damon and Damien are too similar. I guess I should have changed their names, but I just couldn't, in my head it wouldn't have been the same people. It's not like I've just made them up recently, they've been in my head for over ten years so, nope, not changing their names, just couldn't do it! Glad you liked 'Sparks' - it's not the last time it gets mentioned in the story. I love to know that you've listened to the songs Mark's the main narrator in this story, and I know readers like him, but he's not perfect... I've always wanted him to be a bit damaged.

@Bard Simpsonyou are a victim of your own insight indeed. True, Mark should have gone with Rob, it wouldn't have been the sensible thing to do... but then if he had, it woud have been no fun for me to write! 😜

@Bard Simpson I don't know if it was clever, but at the time, I was only writing this story to keep myself entertained and I already had a story line in mind. I didn't find it interesting enough to write several chapters about Rob's issues or Mark's lack of support and drag the story out. Plus I was really looking forward to write what comes next!

"Are you gonna be able to not let anything on?" Rach asked me as soon as I ended my call to Rob's mother. I let out an anxious huff. "I have to stop thinking about it for now. I think I need some time to realize this is actually happening." She wiggled her eyebrows happily. "Why did I have to talk to you about it?" I complained jokingly. She let out a giggle. "Cause you knew that if you did – you'd have to go through with it. Now it's on!" she beamed. "Crap!"

@Bard SimpsonYou're welcome then I'm glad you've enjoyed reading the story so far Hopefully you don't hate the third part! But I'm sure you'll love the fourth one. No, I wasn't part of an amateur band. I do play instruments but just for fun. I guess I know about bands from reading a lot about the bands I like. I find it super interesting but I don't know that much to be honest, I just write about what I see and what I imagine.

@Bard Simpson I love that you've listened to the songs while reading this chapter! Awesome! I've oftened wondered if readers listened to the songs or not. I have the gig's playlist on my ipod... I don't know how many times I've listened to the concert by now!! If you think Mark's a prick now, then you'll think he's an even bigger prick in the next chapter... I blame his parents lol the guy needs to feel loved and maybe gain maturity, they all do... it'll happen!

I remember "No regrets" but has Robbie Williams written another screw Take That number? ah Robbie, love the name, obviously, and I used to love the artist. There's an Ed sheeran song that always makes me think of Mark's story except for a couple of lines. It's called "Runaway" Mark losing it in front of his parents, sure why not... but he was raised to keep quiet remember! and for several years, he just doesn't want anything to do with them, and then when he finally does go back, he's old enough to rise above his anger! I think I didn't write the conversation with his mother because I didn't think it was that important. When writing the story, I've always prefered to focus more on his relationship with Rob and I guess I didn't want the back story to slow down the story I wanted to tell!

😅 one thing at a time... oh wait I remember how you can multitask. Then finish writing about them, get them out of your head and put them into mine... and then you can go back to Theo and Adrien and your other stories lol

Thank you. I've often wanted to include Jordan in interviews but each time, I wanted to focus more on Rob and Mark so I didn't. I do say in chapter 7 that he does go to interviews as well, just not the ones I chose to write lol
