Thank you for the very vibe videos! in my mind, dark academia should be forever attached to the 80s - I love The Secret History, and only recently I realized that it is set in the 80s and not in the early 90s, as I thought! At the same time, I wanted a European setting with people coming from different countries, and this is what I came up with. Oh, you'll love the connection between Ali and Bastien - since I'm writing ahead, I don't recall if I've revealed it yet, so I'll shut up to let it be a surprise when it comes.
