I think they will be a little more time in a 'state of arousal' rather than in one in which they can talk clearly. Jonathan is still guarded - he doesn't know Maddox very well, although the biggest part of him wants to, and Maddox is quite taken with the physical attraction and a young person so he won't stop for now to have a lot of meaningful conversation. However, to allay everyone's possible worries, everything will happen between them over the course of the story, and by that, I mean everything Yes, talking included! Well, I don't know what number Maddox is on the Kinsey scale, but I know for sure that Jonathan is a perfect ten on the Kingsley scale! Maddox needs to navigate dangerous waters, it's true. But Jonathan already feels for him, and we know by now that Maddox is actually, a good guy. Let's see what happens. (For the record, I tend to have a longwinded and twisted plan for them, so...)

He-he, so many questions. Some of them have a definite affirmative answer, others, well... let's say that I enjoy the way people speculate about what will happen next. Jonathan doesn't want to be a complete hypocrite and refuse to acknowledge how attracted he feels toward Maddox, hence all these happenings. Right now, it all may feel like an overwhelming physical attraction, but it will be the gateway to more profound feelings as the story progresses. And now I'll shut up in fear of spoilers!
