Thank you, David! I really wanted to show Rhys's disbelief in a light that would be believable. Sometimes, with stories dealing with the supernatural, it's easy to forget - the author's fault, not the readers' - that certainly most people wouldn't be able to accept such things just like that.

You guys have great intuition on this matter. Billy will explain everything to Mason next chapter As for the wait, there won't be much left of the story, so only a few weeks, and it will be done. I think other guys would be jealous of you nonetheless, lol. They waited like the awesome people they are week after week for me to update.

I think everyone has questions still! And didn't I promise - maybe not so clearly - that you won't be disappointed in Billy? I just couldn't make him a bad guy. He must be on top of the list of my favorite secondary characters.

He-he, all I can say is wow You'll know later why I'm saying that, I think once ch. 24 is live. I'm greatly honored by your comparison. I've only read several books by Dean Koontz, but he has a writing style I'm dying for - I don't read a lot of horror, and I prefer the mystery/thriller type. However, Koontz got me with some amazing reads. If you don't mind a suggestion, I recommend the Detective Hunter series by Chris Carter. I think I've read about 19 books in this series, and each of them caught me reading until wee hours of the morning. Thank you for your comment!
