    In real life, I agree that little white lies may have their role. But, as they say, fiction is not real life, and I just want to remind everyone that honesty is one of the main themes of this little story! (And Aidan would have found the truth, anyway. No escape for Heath!)

    Well, that's correct, and we both know Heath is far from perfect. I always aim for making characters expose their flaws so that they could grow. As for all being typically male, I'm glad I succeeded presenting that!

    Yes, Heath's mistake is not telling about what he talked about and his role in Aidan's promotion. Still, Aidan is coming from somewhere here, not that I take his side, but I felt it was natural for him to protest since succeeding on his own is essential for me. Of course, he's a stubborn little ... let's not use profanities, he-he, but in his head, he feels he is right. As for your guess, I'm afraid I'll have to disappoint you. Next time, you'll know who Heath called, and I hope it would make sense. Your theory wasn't bad at all, but, well, the story is already written Thank you for your insightful comment!

    Well, Heath is more secretive than that, lol! Plus, he's not that big a celebrity. He's this new generation type of celeb. Like, for instance, just yesterday I found out Ninja's real name, and I bet I'm not the only one who is at least a little bit into gaming but doesn't care about such stuff. And, to give you the proper background to this, Ninja is - actually used to since he migrated to another platform - the most subscribed Twitch streamer. Yeah, we're talking about someone who makes millions of dollars every month just to sit in front of a computer, play video games, and entertain the masses. And now I hope my explanation makes more sense

    Heath has always kept his life well compartmentalized until now. Seeing how he's all over - used to be - tabloids and whatnot, he didn't want this part of him to be exposed to that. As for why Aidan didn't know about that, well, let's say Heath has been too busy doing something else with his precious bunny And this tunneled vision will come into play a little later, too.
