Yeah, I think that was Jaxton's issues... too many people weren't looking at his feathers all of a sudden. Becoming "last year's" feathers would be rather scary for some people...

Camps were... interesting. But Band Camp does seem to get a lot of... notorious commentary surrounding it.

I wonder as the year goes along and Lissa gets more...likely to bite, if Joel wouldn't migrate to the 'baseball' table or wherever Davin and Gavin are sitting. If they're close to Jaxton's table though, I doubt it. It probably depends on geography, Roy, and Lorianne... he's carving out his own little friend group. It doesn't necessarily have to involved Colt, Davin, and Gavin whilst at school either. They have a nice thing going outside of school. But yeah, it would be interesting. And yeah, only one chapter left. 24k worth of reading, but only the one.

If you're going to assume, you may as well do it with confidence. He did like what happened in the shower and that involved some butt stuff... more than he expected... less than what Davin wanted, and awkward as hell for me to write. Aww. Good memories, sexy memories... are good memories to live in at least.

Oh.. well behaving didn't last long. And yeah, with Davin who knows, it could be a little smartassy for him to say it. Or he could know more or suspect more people that Joel will come to notice with more time.

Jockocracy... nice. Speaking in Trace: Sometimes when you introduce a second Bull to the herd, the bulls have to establish where they are in the herd. They fight, they bellow, they slobber, and then after a few hours they get over it and go back to being Bulls. I should probably leave now. He is finding his place in the world... it seems. And with a nice place, he can let some weight off those shoulders. We've not yet seen a relaxed Joel. A relaxed Joel might surprise a lot of people. And you know you gave me the idea to confirm the gay table. Because it hadn't hit me until you said it that yeah.. I kind of did make that a designated gay/queer friendly table with how I described everyone and the atmosphere. As for the rest of the tables... There can't be only one if something exists... so I guess he's just assuming there are likely others. Or, there are others that are rather obvious to someone who has been at Fletcher and knows more about the people walking the halls. And he is keeping his own very gay secret at his baseball table.

I think that's very much the reputation that Joel wanted... if he's crazy, we're not going to mess with him. The, "I don't know what he'll do..." is a very motivating thought to leave someone the hell alone. It beats the one that ran him off Tempton completely, mind you. Even though only a month of time passed, I think 'this' Joel would have stayed at Tempton though. Not with his family, but at Tempton High.
